Their fall spraying had a very successful impact. I saw a silverfish or 2 within their 30 day warranty period so they promptly returned and sprayed again. Then there was no sign of insects until late March, when we had them return to do spring spraying. The price includes spraying inside the basement and in 2 baths of a large home, as well as spraying the entire exterior perimenter.

Great! Jack came out and said that there was no visible evidence of termite damage. He thought the inspector had mistaken moisture problems for termite damage. He refused to take any money.

Please keep in mind, that we were customers of ROSE FOR OVER 10 YEARS. They do not care about customer service. We had Rose scheduled 3 weeks in advance to spray mosquito repellant in our backyard for a party 3 days prior to the event. They gave no window of time when they were going to show up since it was an outside job. When they arrived, our landscapers were cleaning up and finishing up their work and getting ready to leave. DENNIS (the manager), showed up at my house and left a note in our mailbox saying he could not perform the services with the 'Mexicans" working. He left, I called him immediately after I found the racial and offensive note he left asking him to please come back. He refused. Our party was in 48 hours and I had very little options since I had actually been a customer of Rose for 10 years! I went to the Yellow Pages and got this awesome pest control service called QUICK KILL, and they showed up within 40 minutes and got the job done for an even BETTER PRICE! I followed up with the manager, Dennis and told him how offensive the note was and I was going to take my business elsewhere. He could not care less. No apologies from him. Also, they used to show up at my house unannounced and spray the exterior of my home and charge me for interior and exterior work since I was not home. I had no contract with them giving them approval to do so. I should have switched to QUICK KILL long ago. They are so much more professional and they actually care about the customers. Also, Rose's accounting is all messed up. Watch what they charge you for, they always add in extra services that they do not perform.

I like that I don't have to be home for them to come to spray outside the house. If you ever see pests in your house then they will come back to take care of it. We have used them for years. The service people are always friendly and nice. We are happy with them.

I called and they were at my house within an hour.

We have used Rose for years, four times a year. The workmen are always conscientious, friendly and informative. The only question this year is that they don't routinely spray inside during the Spring and Summer, only outside. We're not convinced this is enough, and they say they will do more; having said this, we don't think we have too many problems, but we do have mice in the crawlspace quite often.

Mike, the representative from Rose's, was very prompt. He took the time to explain what our options were and what the poison would do to the rats. He showed us how the bait traps locked so that no one could get into them. He let us know that there is no way any other animal (dog/cat) could gain access to the traps. After our first visit Mike phoned to make sure everything was okay. He also calls before he come out and has been able to fit his schedule around mine.

They baited 3 apartments for mice, and gave some other advice for keeping rodents away from the property. The mice seem to be gone after one visit. I'll call these guys again if I need them.

Rose is great for preventive quarterly pest control, and I particularly like their practice of sending the same specialist to our house each quarter.

They've been great! They are very punctual, and if there is a problem they come back for free. They are very knowledgeable about their work, and their service is excellent!

Their service was very thorough and was really effective. They are very knowledgeable about the ants habits and were able to solve my problem with only one treatment. Also, I like their guaranty which promises that if the ants return within 2 weeks, they will re-treat the home for free.

They have been coming to my house to spray for four years. They are reliable and really did a good job of getting rid of my bug problem. They call to remind me to schedule visits.

The test of an extermination company's quality is if you see any bugs, mice after they have come and we haven't. We have been very happy with this company. Their work is excellent, they come when they say they will and they have a long-standing good reputation. My mother-in-law has been using them for years.

I have used them for many years. They are environmentally conscientious. They won t spray inside the house if you are pregnant, and they are very cognizant of people with asthmatic problems. I would highly recommend them.

I think his price is very reasonable. He knows his stuff, and he definitely gets rid of the mice. I can tell he is good at what he does. I don't have any complaints about him.

They have come very regularly and reliably every quarter. They do an excellent job of exterminating insects. They will also catch mice and other wildlife if necessary. I feel that their price is very fair and I would gladly recommend this company as being very good.

It was great. They initially said they'd come between 8 AM and 11 AM, but when I said I hoped to get to work on time, they had someone come first thing and I made it to work just about on time, with many fewer flies.

John was able to come out the next day. He arrived when promised and was very professional and quick.

The hornets nest was close to the ground and a potential hazard for kids playing in the yard. John came out the very next day and successfully sprayed and removed the nest. He was very professional and on time for his appointment. I would highly recommend.

THEY SAID THAT UNLESS THE ANIMALS WERE ACTUALLY IN OUR HOUSE (NOT THE ATTIC) THAT THEY COULDN'T HELP US. I DIDN'T THINK THIS WAS VERY PROACTIVE ON THEIR PART, AND WENT TO ANOTHER SUPPLIER WHO HAD NO PROBLEM WITH THE REQUEST. DID NOT USE VENDOR.

REPRESENTATIVE CAME OVER AND, IN RETROSPECT, CLEARLY DIDN'T KNOW WHAT HE WAS TALKING ABOUT. LUCKILY, HE DID NOT SHOW UP FOR THE SCHEDULED WORK THE NEXT DAY. WHEN I CALLED THE COMPANY, THEY SAID HE WAS CALLED AWAY TO AN EMERGENCY JOB. MY REACTION WAS: 1) I THOUGHT MY PROBLEM WAS AN EMERGENCY; AND 2) I SHOULD HAVE RECEIVED AT LEAST A COURTESY CALL TO TELL ME HE WASN'T GOING TO SHOW. THE ONLY REASON I DIDN'T RATE MY OVERALL EXPERIENCE AN F IS BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T ACTUALLY DO BAD WORK SINCE THEY DIDN'T DO ANY WORK.

WE FOUND THEIR PRICE REASONABLE COMPARED TO THE FIRMS THAT REQUIRE CONTRACTS. THEY WILL COME BACK WITHIN 30 DAYS TO MAKE SURE YOU ARE SATISFIED.

THEIR MATERIALS ARE NOT TOXIC TO PETS.

SEVERAL TIMES THEY DID NOT SHOW UP. ONCE THE TECHNICIAN ARRIVED ONLY TO SPEND 45 MINUTES TALKING WITH A FRIEND OUTSIDE MY HOME. I WAS THERE ON MY LUNCH HOUR WAITING FOR HIM TO FINISH THE WORK IN MY HOME SO I COULD GO BACK TO WORK. WHEN I CALLED TO COMPLAIN SEVERAL TIMES, NO ONE EVER RETURNED A SINGLE PHONE CALL.

I CALLED THEM COMPLAINING OF SPIDERS IN MY BASEMENT. THEY GAVE ME TIPS OVER THE PHONE FOR DEALING WITH THE SPIDERS, EXPLAINING THAT SPRAYING FOR SPIDERS IS NOT PARTICULARLY EFFECTIVE (UNLIKE THE NATIONAL CHAIN THAT I CALLED WHICH INSISTED MY ONLY REAL OPTION WAS FREQUENT TREATMENTS AND AN ANNUAL CONTRACT). I INSISTED THEY COME ANYWAY FOR A ONE TIME TREATMENT (WHICH WAS ALSO PRICED LOWER THAN THE NATIONAL CHAIN). CHUCK WAS ON TIME, POLITE AND PRETTY THOROUGH. ODDLY, HE LEFT HIS FACE MASK ON MY FRONT PORCH AND DIDN'T CLOSE THE CRAWL SPACE DOORS SECURELY, BUT THESE WERE SMALL THINGS AND I WOULD DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN.
