Description of Work: We have actually used Rose twice. Once was to examine our attic for a possible termite infestation. They were very professional (good news - no termites!). We liked them enough to come out an inspect our yard for a potential raccoon issue. They came out during the day, examined the area in question, and gave us several options for how we could handle the situation. We are still debating how to handle the raccoons, but in the meantime have been very pleased with Rose.

Description of Work: I had a bed bug issue in a rental unit. The process is very expensive but comparable to other sources. It took multiple treatments to resolve the problem but in the end, they probably fixed it. Overall OK, just a little uncertain about the overall experience. I would recommend though, as the outcome was as expected.
