Description of Work: The owner came out promptly to clean our dryer vent, decided it was clean enough so didn't charge needlessly (big bonus points right there) but then proceeded to spend a long time working on our poorly installed booster fan, spending time on the phone with the company to make sure that it was correct. He was there for a long time and did not charge nearly what he should have. Had him come out again 4 months ago as some workers had not put the vent back on properly. Again, spent time working on an issue unrelated but would make the dryer work more efficiently. I am a huge fan of Jan Wildman in terms of honesty, efficiency and cost. Won't have anyone else do this kind of work.
