Description of Work: Wildman Dryer Vent Pro cleaned our dryer and dryer vent in 2015. They did a good job. Two years later, I wanted them to do it again. However they do not return voice messages nor do they respond to emails. Three years later I was able to reach him by phone.

It didn't.
Description of Work: Wildman cleaned our dryer and dryer vent in April 2015. I wanted them to do it again. I left voice messages and tried to contact them by email. They have never responded. I don't understand how you can get a Super Service award if you don't communicate with your customers. Ignoring people just gets them ****** off and gets your bad reviews like this one. Based on his 2015 work, I would have recommended him but now I will suggest to anyone that they find someone else who is more professional.
