Very well. He was prompt and got right to work. He inspected everything thoroughly. He told me the big problem was the crimping of the vent. We discussed several options for fixing the problem, and he came up with a fix that would not cost extra. I was very pleased.

Jan was on time, thorough, and immediately took care of the work that he was hired to do. He was willing to give me a complete explanation on what he was doing. He was pleasant to work with and very honest. I would highly recommend him.

Far exceed my expectations and highly recommended. Jan is so organized, detailed and thorough. He explained everything he was doing, and everything he found and why. It is clear that he is an expert is all aspects of the dryer and dryer vent process. This includes a complete cleaning of the inside of your dryer where all kinds of dryer lint is in places you won't have realized existed. I tried to clean my own lint trap inside my dryer a few years ago and lost one of the screws after I thought the socket was stripped and could no longer engage a screw. In checking my dryer, Jan noticed this and promptly used his own screw to make sure it was properly fastened, got it fastened. This is the kind of person he is, he saw something that could be made better with a simple fix and he just went ahead and did it. I initially considered using a basic duct cleaning service and I am so glad that I found Jan. He is a one man operation so what you will be getting is a guy that cares deeply, probably more than you care about your own setup. That's what you want, a guy that cares more than you do, not less. He knows his stuff, you will save money on electricity and gas after the cleaning and your house will be safer as a result of his visit. Once again, look no further, this is the guy you want.

My brand new dryer wasnt working properly and the manufacturer suggested I need to have the dryer duct clean. I found Jan on Angies List and called him. He immediately understood the problem, asked a few pertinent questions and gave me a rough estimate. He came on the previously agreed upon time and date. He inspected the dryer vent and started to work from outside in. Jan is a very knowledgeable and experienced person with qualities like honesty and integrity as well. He takes pride n is work and wont consider his job until everything is up till his standards even if that means fixing mistakes previous workers did. He did a through job of cleaning the vent on the roof, vacuuming the duct and cleaning everything in the passage. He also fixed the uneven legs of my stack able w/d and gave many useful tips to prolong the life of my dryer. Jan was very courteous, well prepared for any ask and a genuine person to talk. I highly recommend him for anything related to dryers.

I called Wildman Dryer Vent Pro and the owner actually answered my phone call. This was the first of many pleasant surprises I had in dealing with this company. The original company I had wanted to use always had an answering service that made you wait for them to call you back. I told him I believed there was a dead animal in my vent and would he be able to come that day. He indicated he would be able to come at the end of the day. He called back less than an hour later and gave me an exact time. Even though he squeezed me in, he came to my house on time. He proceeded to clean out the vent,and sure enough, found not only one dead animal, but the remains of two more. He very thoroughly explained everything he was doing, let me know how to keep the dryer in good working condition in the future and when he left my laundry room was cleaner than when he arrived. This after he took everything apart and vacuumed out a lot of lint. He was exceptionally pleasant to talk to and did not mind my husband's many questions. Overall we were very satisfied with this company and will gladly recommend him to our friends.

We're very pleased with the work. He's friendly, professional, and offered helpful suggestions regarding the dryer. He did a very thorough job in cleaning not only the dryer vent, but inside the dryer as well. The results are great, and we will definitely call him again next time.

I would highly recommend Wildman Dryer Vent cleaning. Jan did a great job - thorough, professional and educated me about the things I should be doing to avoid any possible problems with my dryer or a possible fire. My dryer was running very inefficiently before he cleaned it. Now it is drying clothes like it was brand new. Great job.

As expected (based on other reviews), Mr. Wildman's service was outstanding. Our dryer vent was thoroughly cleaned and we could not be happier. Mr. Wildman was also kind enough to replace the flapper on the vent on our roof as well as provide insight into other issues which may potentially arise in the future. We will definitely be calling upon him again in the future. We highly recommend him to anyone in the area whose dryer vent is in need of a cleaning.

Job went well, I am getting a new dryer and he explained to me how the installer should vent my dryer, He was very polite, professional, cleaned up after himself and was extremely knowledgeable. Would definitely use his services again.

On time, professional with many recommendations to keep my house safe (not just dryer) gave me free washing machine advice as I told him it smelled a bit. Quoted me $95 to clean vents on the phone however, after arrival he suggested I change my exhaust direction as a fire hazard. ($30) (it was) Also changed dryerflex to exhaust vents $25 ( existing flex not fire proof) After he left a load was put in the dryer it was not heating up. I called him and he returned in 15 minutes and found that my dryer ignition coils were faulty and replaced them. He charged me $30 for two coils. Very impressed on his quick return and thanked him for all his advice. I had only a minor concern about the prices he gave for the parts replaced. I should have asked the cost of these parts before he did the work, I did not. After he finished, I looked up comparable parts online and suspect the part charges were a bit high. Since I did not question him about it, I have no right to complain. He may have a carrying costs involved to store all the parts to make sure he has what is needed to complete most jobs. Jan was prompt, kind, and thoroughly professional. He analyzed our system and made recommendations based on our situation. His cleaning was comprehensive and I chose him as a service provider because he also opened the back of the dryer itself and vacuumed it. He takes his work very seriously and is meticulous as far as the safety of the dryer vent goes. He seems to be something of a dryer vent expert. His rates seem reasonable--the going rate for a dryer vent cleaning in our area--ours cost extra because of some repairs that needed to be done. He made some other helpful home recommendations also that were not dryer related which I appreciated. I would recommend him to friends.

I use Wildman's service for the third year in a row. He's very professional, very thoughtful, very punctual and affordable. He spends a lot - and I mean A LOT of time with your dryer, he tests your dryer duct before and after cleaning, he gives you a ton of useful advises about your air dryer, about your furnace and pretty much about every electrical or mechanical thing inside your house. He's very handy and very helpful. I'm really glad I found Wildman when I was looking for dryer vent cleaner.

It was about a year ago that Wildman Dryer Vent Pro did work for us, so I'm guessing on the date and price. However, I wanted to finally write here that the service was fantastic. We hadn't had our dryer vents cleaned since getting a new dryer; and this is the first I'd ever taken care of having this kind of service done. Wildman is a true expert and the entire service was thoroughly professional. The price and service were perfect. We've had no problems at all; and I will call him without hesitation to keep up with maintenance for our dryer.

The owner was kind enough to schedule the duct work for first thing the next morning. He is prompt, neat, tidy, professional and pleasant. He is also very knowledgable about his profession and puts the safety and well-being of his customers first. When he went to remove the original duct work (probably installed in the early 70's') he found that there was also a fair amount of water in the ducts. Most likely, he explained, condensation that had built up from the duct being clogged with lint (easily the size of a 16" softball) and with the dryer pushing more moisture from the loads of clothes (as opposed to warm air) into the system. Although this was not something that he had originally expected, he took care of it efficiently and effectively and with no additional charge for his time or labor. His work, flawless. His professionalism and personality, first rate. I will definitely call upon him again... in fact, he is going on my call list for routine maintenance.

My clothes are now drying in record time! He took apart the whole back of the dryer, put a new screen on the vent in the roof. He ensured everything was working properly before leaving. He cleaned the dryer vent. He didn't leave any mess. I called another company that wanted twice his price!

I found this company listed with the Better Business Bureau. I contacted the company and was given the price and an appointment was set up. The owner came on time and explained everything that he would do. The dryer was cleaned out along with the venting system. He was very thorough. I asked numerous questions and he was patient and answered all my questions. He replaced a part and did not charge any extra money for it. My laundry room was left clean and the dryer put back in place. I would use his company again and recommend him to anyone.
