Jan was friendly and knowledgable. He noted a couple issues with my dryer that improved safety and function and fixed them up for no additional charge. Would absolutely use his service again.

Jan was just amazing! I've had my dryer and vent cleaned before but never like this! He actually took the sides off the dryer and cleaned the entire thing. He even counseled me on the best way to take care of my front loading washer. I highly recommend him!

Jan had to replace the plastic foil ducts with metal ducts and elbow. He cut the drywall to to this. He straighten the metal ducts and extended them to the attic. He cleaned the dyer duct and roof cap and removed all the lint. We just completed three loads of laundry and no burning smell and the clothes took a lot less time to clean. Definitely worth our time and money and piece of mind!

Our dryer was taking 3 cycles to dry clothes. Now it takes 1 cycle. Jan did a great job of cleaning the dryer and dryer vents as well as changing the dryer coil (from dryer into the wall ducts) to something that was more effective and safer than what had been put in place prior. Jan also offered us a lot of very useful tips for both our dryer and our washer. Overall, he was personable, knowledgeable, honest, friendly and very helpful. Jan knows his stuff with anything related to dryers and he does great work. We would highly recommend him and will definitely be using him for our annual dryer cleanings going forward.

I called because a dryer repairman said our dryer duct was clogged. Jan came out within a day of contacting him. He was courteous, knowledgeable and professional. In addition to cleaning the dryer duct (which was completely clogged), he educated me about proper washer and dryer maintenance. I wish I could have rated him A+++ in all categories!

The service turned out very well. He was very thorough. I had purchased two big deals because I have two units. He was extremely thorough, he took his time, and he didn't rush through, so he definitely got the job done. The price was very reasonable.

The service for the big deal from Wildman Dryer Vent Pro turned out really great. Everything is running just really great and he was really, really nice. I was very pleased with his service. There were no additional charges than the 99 dollars that I purchased the big deal for. This was the first time that I used them and I would use them again. The man, he really took time to explain to me, what he was doing and gave me some advise on using fabric softeners and things like that, even in my washing machine. He really took his time to make sure that I understand everything that was going on. I really appreciated that. It was definitely needed. It took forever for things to get dry and so I knew that those vents had to be cleaned out. I had it done about a year ago but he did such a thorough job. He took a lot more time than the company I had come out last year. He also opened up my dryer and cleaned everything inside my dryer too. He took his time and it really made a huge difference. My dryer is working just like it was perfect. It was really, really a good service and I appreciated all the information he gave me. It was about the same price that I spent last year and he did so much more for me than I had done a year ago. It was well worth the price. He was right on time.

Jan and I communicated through email prior to my purchase because of the fact that my access to the outside of the vent is unreachable. I wanted to make sure this would not be a problem to work on the venting from inside the house. Jan came out to my house on Dec. 19th. My dryer is less than a year old and it was taking two hours to dry my clothes. He brought the necessary tools and vacuum with him. He was able to point out the challenges of having my dryer located in the middle of my home - 25 feet of venting! Suggestions were made to keep my laundry room door open for better air flow as well as Jan shortening/fitting the aluminum flex tube at the back of the dryer for better air-flow efficiency. He cleaned the inside of my dryer as well, taking off the front panel and vacuuming everything. I cannot tell you how impressed I was with this service! He did a great a thorough job. The best part? My clothes are now dry in 40 minutes or so. I'm flying through my laundry now! I would highly recommend Jan to anyone and will be calling him again for an annual vent cleaning next year!

Excellent. On time, vent cleaning was long overdue, took care of it

Jan arrived exactly on time and went right to work. He replaced the dryer vent cover in a tight space and made sure that the flap didn't stick. He then went to clean the dryer ducts but noticed that the connections was not very tight in the crawl space (explains why there was some lint built up leading above the laundry room). He reconnected and secured the ducts and the air flow to the outside was noticeably stronger. He then noticed that there was a waxy build up in the ducts that was likely caused by using too many dryer sheets (my wife sometimes uses 3 or 4 at time - no more). This resulted in the drying times taking too long and in some cases overheating. He recommended replacing the ignition coils that did not pass testing. Jan, did a good job of explaining what he was doing and completed the job in about 3 hours.

Jan was a wonderfully knowledgable provider! I am happy he came all the way to Lisle to perform the service because after meeting him we definitely want to use him again. He took his time to explain all the parts of the washer/dryer area and gave us very helpful tips on how to maintain the life of these two appliances. He then wrote down all of his suggestions so we wouldnt' forget them. Finally, we needed a new detergent holder and he gave us the best website for most economical purchase and wrote down the part number so we can order on our own. We will be calling him back in two years when our next cleaning is due!

It was excellent. The vent came loose in a wall so he charged additional money, but he did a good job. Sears couldn't fix it, but they did.

Dryer was getting hot, but clothes were not drying. Wildman diagnosed the problem as lint in the ventint system. He cleaned it all out and found a birdsnest as well. He only charged extra for a vent cover--everything else was covered in the initial fee for diagnosis. He worked quickly and our dryer is now back to normal!

Overall I was extremely satisfied. Gentleman was an expert at this task. He had all of the right equipment on hand. Was prompt and courteous. A pleasure. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs this service.

It was taking 2 hours for our dryer to dry a load of laundry. Jan came out and spent close to 2-1/2 hours cleaning the vent both inside and outside. He also advised me on maintenance of our washer. It now takes a half hour to dry a load of laundry. I will definitely use him in the future. Wonderful service provider. We're so glad we found him on Angie's List!

Jan is great. He did a thorough cleaning of the dryer vent and, most importantly, explained why it was important and where things could go wrong. He also was very helpful in pointing out things around the house that should be looked at or maintained even though they are outside of his business coverage. I will absolutely hire him next year for the annual dryer vent cleaning.
