Description of Work: Cleared our dryer vent in the new home (hadn't been done in a while by previous owner). Gave us good tips for some needed repairs in the utility room and told us about a potential gas leak (indeed there was) on our furnace. We got this taken care of right away too. Thank you for a job well done. I would definitely recommend him in the future.

Description of Work: There were quite a number of recommended dryer vent cleaners on your list, and the prices ranged wildly, so I went with the simple cleaning service offered because I didn't need more than that. Mr Wildman offered a 40% discount, so I made an appointment. He returned my communication immediately and I was able to make an appointment for the next day. He arrived with a hepa-filtered vacuum bigger than R2D2, but looking pretty much the same. It suctioned from the inside of the house and he used a chimney-sweep-type tool from the outside. And he was expansive in explaining everything he was doing and meticulous in clean-up afterwards. I'd been told I needed to clean the vent annually but he told me that, given the placement of the dryer and the amount of laundry I do, every other year would be OK. Imagine, someone talking himself out of a job because it was in my best interest. You bet I'll call him next time!

Description of Work: Dryer vents cleaning (2 of them) and also replaced the duct vent hose from the dryer and also replaced the vent cover outside. The original work was quoted at $200 but added additional amount for vent replacement and hoses. Both were approved after inspection. He is thorough, patient and does a good job. Liked his work better than one of the major store services who charged less and did less!

Description of Work: My blower - for the dryer venting system - was vibrating. He cleaned out the entire system end to end. He is very eager to help - giving tips on pretty much everything to keep my costs down - from the fridge to the washing machine. He was also pleasant with the kids - one was a little in the way. He mentioned the Angie's list discount - I was ready to pay full price and had the check written up but he lowered the price because I found him on Angies. He's honest and overall it cost about 70$ an hour -much cheaper then most service providers on the North Shore.
