Description of Work: They didn't prep / sand / prime the walls, which made the paint just peel off easily. They didn't tape off areas, allowing for paint to get on all the door handles and trim. They didn't clean up properly after finishing.

+ 3 moreCan't say enough good things about this contractor! He is so pleasant to deal with, professional, honest, reliable and has excellent people who work for him. The job went very smoothly, the materials and equipment were kept very neatly, everything was cleaned up at the end of each day and my privacy was respected. They also did a few extra things around the house which were not included in the bid and did not charge me. After hearing so many horror stories from friends I was dreading construction, but this was definitely a positive experience.
Description of Work: Create a new master bath from an existing 10 x 10 bedroom. Took the room down to the studs, redid all electric, added plumbing, tiled floor and shower walls, built walk-in rain shower with bench, installed sink and dressing table with siltstone counters, made a "rug" with tile on the floor which came out very nicely.
