 + 3 moreI needed the job completed quickly because I wanted to be able to begin advertising the apartment right away. Paul was very accommodating, coming out to give me a quote the same day it was requested. I had used Sunpainting before so I knew his prices were competitive and the quality of his work was impeccable. I accepted the quote on a Saturday and work began the following Monday and was completed three days later. Paul sent one of his painters to do the job and his work was of the same high quality as his own.
Description of Work: My tenants left and I wanted to spruce up the apartment before renting it out again. I got a quote from Sunpainting for repairing moisture damage on a bathroom ceiling, painting the bathroom, painting two bedrooms, the kitchen, touch-ups in the livingroom and dining room, recaulking a backporch window and painting the back porch floor.
