Description of Work: Cap two water lines in basement and a pvc drain pipe. Trip charge $99 and charge for work that took less than 15 mins was $325. Thankful I wasn't charged the weekend trip charge of $199 which would have cost $524 in total.

Description of Work: New sump pump of which I probably overpaid for but needed it. I asked several times by email and phone for senior discount which supposedly I was supposed to get. The people in the office have no authority and I didn't have time to keep calling the owner of which I did leave a couple of messages on his cell phone. Don't promise something and not deliver

Description of Work: Reliance viewed a plumbing problem with the previous year's overhead sewer system repair work. The diagnosis was televised, explained well, the Village of Glenview was on board and the new drainage system was successful. Reliance was able to stop the flooding problems.

Description of Work: In general, plumber was good, came out quickly to give free estimate, but deal is not used for what it was intended for. The quote for work was over 3 times my other quotes and for less work done. If the quote were in line, the deal would have covered some of the work I needed. No real complaints, I am sure they are a good company, just more expensive than I plan to pay for. thanks
