Description of Work: NuConcepts installed new siding and gutters, repaired a bay window with serious rotten wood issues and installed a new front door. They completed 97% of the work on time and with excellent quality. But finishing the last 3% has dragged on now for 4 weeks. We keep getting bumped by other customer projects.

Description of Work: Replaced 3 basement windows at my house. | |I sought an estimate for entry door and 3 basement windows replacement from Steve. Steve stopped by to measure and explained my options in detail. The quote was competitive but I decided to go with just basement window replacement. Work was done on time and the quality of workmanship was good. Windows were also of decent quality.

Description of Work: Replaced all windows at the back of the house on the second floor. Previously had Nu Concepts replace front door, install a portico over the front door , replace all front windows on the second floor, install siding, gutters and downspouts, and clad all wood exterior framing in aluminum. They are prompt, professional and have a good sense of esthetics. The craftsmanship is excellent.. They clean up nicely and complied with our request to avoid damage to landscaping ( difficult when ladders are used and old aluminum windows need to be removed).
