Mosquito Hunters

Spraying definitely had a big impact on the mosquito numbers. While not all gone, it made the yard 'usable' for the next few weeks. I would definitely use them again.

The same night the mosquitoes came out. They came out two other time to re spray. They responded quickly. I want them to kill the mosquitoes so my kids and wife don't get bitten. I think the spray was $75.

1. No mosquitoes July 23 for the party. Very few other insects. 2. Responsive service. Scheduling over phone. Changed timing and date of spraying due to rain. 3. Price was good.

Initially, I did not have a positive experience with this company. Communication via their customer service hotline was handled poorly and my repeated requests for follow-up fell through the cracks. Admittedly, this occurred during a busy holiday week, but the situation left me frustrated as a customer. I am very pleased to report that the issue has since been rectified. I received emails and a call from a manager and the co-owner regarding my situation. Both administrators were very apologetic and the co-owner expedited a refund of my initial contract. With so many options to choose from in my area, I generally am reluctant to continue with the same company after a negative experience. However, today I received a follow--up call from the co-owner verifying that my refund was received and asking, once again, how the company could help improve my experience. THIS level of customer service is incredibly impressive. I have signed up for additional services with the company and have confidence that my experience this time will be positive.
