They were perfect. They were professional. The owner went there, talked to me, and checked on the job if it was okay. They were on time.

They followed up on when they would come to do the work, and they did an excellent job.

The crew did an excellent job of carefully removing our tree (it was located near several wires), grinding out the stump, and removing all the debris. They even left us some firewood (at our request)! The process was very smooth and we were very happy with the work performed.

I called on a Saturday and set up an appointment to have my tree diagnosed the following Thursday at 9 AM. At 9:30 am when the arborist hadn't arrived, I decided to check my email on Angie's List and I see that he responded the day before at 10:15 PM to notify me that he doesn't cover my part of the city. I wish he had called days prior or even when I initially set up the appointment to tell me that he doesn't cover this area. So frustrating to be waiting for someone and they don't even have the courtesy to call.

The lot was muddy. I told them they should wait until it dried out more. They said they would use boards to protect my lawn. They did not and put deep ruts in my lawn and forgot to remove one of the trees. They were very good about coming back and removing the forgotten tree and repairing the damage they caused. The job was finally done to my satisfaction---it just took longer than it should.

I was out of town when the work was done, but the end result was excellent.

I hired Monster Tree Service to trim some trees in my yard and a neighbors. They were great from start to finish. From our initial meeting to supplying a quote to scheduling and completion they were a pleasure to work with and professional all the way. They did a great job and cleaned up all debris. They will be coming back In the winter to trim an American Elm which can’t be trimmed this season due to risk of disease.

Very well, Monster Tree was very responsive, prompt and cleaned up after the job. They trimmed a large Magnolia Shrub and an ornamental crab apple tree, they look so much better!

To start Manny came and did a great job assessing our tree situation & making some other optional suggestions for pruning. He was very professional and marked the trees & stumps we had talked about. He provided me a quote within a day. The quote was very fair and the most economical for the work involved (all but one quotes I had gotten were in a similar ballpark but this was still the most economical). We had them scheduled within a week and a half and he called 3 days before hand to confirm the time and date would work for us. The crew was here on time, a supervisor confirmed the work that was scoped, made sure there were no changes and the crew went to work. What I thought would take a better part of 5 hours was completed within 3 hours and they left the yard like it had not been touched (besides the work being completed). The lawn was clear of any tree debris and they cleaned off the driveway. At the end of the service the supervisor went over the work, asked if I was satisfied and asked if I wanted to pay now or be invoiced. The crew was extremely professional, efficient and did a phenomenal job. In fact they did such a good job our neighbor was inquiring about them and is going to get a quote. I would recommend these guys in a heartbeat. Excellent service & professionalism from assessment to clean-up & excellent prices. You cannot ask for much more. Keep doing a great job! If I even need tree service again I know who to call.
