 + -1 moreI left the computer with them and came back. They were able to explain what was wrong. I'm an older person--not so good with computers. They have tech guys that go the extra mile to help you. They're very patient and go slow in explaining things. They have a good, organized system to get you in; You don't have to wait very long.
Description of Work: Better than Best Buy. I took my computer to them because I was having issues with it. I was anticipating having to purchase a brand new computer. They found the problem was not actually with my computer, but with my monitor. They updated everything on my computer, sold me a new monitor, conducted a virus scan, and got me new anti-virus software.
