I wanted a mouse expert, not simply generic pest control, to help me with a years-long on-going problem with mice in our garage. Tee answered the phone when I called and came the next day. I felt confident with his appraisal of our mouse problem and he pointed out extra places where I was unaware of entry points. He identified our particular mouse and set my mind at ease about their presence merely being a nuisance. He explained to me the process of bait placement, assured me it would be no threat to my small children, and explained the process of keeping mice out of the garage with strategically placed aluminum, caulk, and concrete. The day of Tee and his assistant were here they were respectful, worked swiftly, and Tee even looked at another problem area we hadn't contracted for and placed some aluminum blocks that weren't included in his original quote at no charge. I did not do my usual due diligence of getting three quotes for this work, but having read about mice and what is needed to keep them out I felt confident with Tee's services from the beginning. As we live near a wooded area mice will continue to be a problem in our area. I hope now they won't be choosing our garage for access. Tee has a 1 year warranty for his work. I would recommend him without hesitation.

We are glad we found the mice hunters because they finally got rid of the mice in our basement. We live next to a wooded area and every Fall when it got cold mice would enter from the hole created where the air conditioning lines enter the house. They were able to point out the many other places mice could enter the basement. We had tried other methods that would not work for long. The mice hunters did a very thorough job. They arrived on time and spent a good amount of time at our house. The metal strip that runs around the base of the house was installed evenly and does not stand out as an eye sore. They kept their work area neat. I like the fact that the man I talked to on the phone was the one who gave me the estimate and he was one of the men doing the work. I have recommended Mice Hunters to my neighbors.
