Extermination service went well and included a walk around to identify access points. User of this service should understand that extermination aspect of service has limited time span and the inspection is prelude to a pitch for installation of materials to close access points which runs in excess of $1K.

I have not had a problem since they sealed up my garage! Very knowledgeable, efficient and timely!

Very quick response and professional service. He did try to up sell to putting flashing around the house where foundation meets siding for $1500, I declined that service. We haven't seen a mouse since the basic treatment big deal.

They set up a different kind of live trap in a different place with different bait and caught the squirrel in one night. They also spotted his access point on my roof (which was not my chimney, which had a cap) and put a cap on it. Price was for removal of squirrel plus installation of cap.

Work went great. These guys are super professional, quickly respond and stick to their appointment dates. They sealed everything up around the house both low and high and were miraculous about it. There have been no mice sightings since they conducted the work over a month ago. Which is simply shocking. I highly recommend them for your mice problems, they will solve the problem, not just set traps.

Excellent! His two technicians arrived right on time and worked pretty much non-stop outside in very cold weather installing the metal barrier around the perimeter of our foundation, caulking openings and sealing up with mortar where needed around the stone and brick crevices. The second day they completed the job, sprayed the distinfectant and then did a walk through with me showing me everything they had done to seal up my house. I was quite impressed with the quality of their work. It has been 2 weeks with cold weather and there is no evidence of mice activity anywhere in my basement. After years of having the problem, it really brings some peace of mind and I can now proceed with the basement finishing project I have planned. I received a one year warranty so if anything should develop, I can just call and Tee will fix it. I would highly recommend Tee and Mice Hunters. Tee is very professional and very courteous and his team was the same. The cost was probably more then I was expecting but seeing the finished product and the results so far, it was definitely worth it.

Work was performed as scheduled. They initially did not install the roof vent wiring properly (under the raccoon wires) so they had to re-do that but I think everything else is sealed properly. It's been about 6 weeks and no mice yet! Time will tell for sure but I remain hopeful!

Things went fairly smoothly. A few of the metal sections came loose but they were very responsive and came out right away to repair them. Everyone was very thorough and considerate. We haven't had any more mice in the several months since we had the service done. My only complaint is that some of the plants close to the house got a little trampled, but it wasn't that big of a deal.

Tee was very friendly and knowledgable. He showed me just how extensive my problem was and applied the appropriate treatment.

The Inspection was complete, and the Inspector Tee was very thorough and gave me a very complete explanation of the service and the traps he had placed to eliminate the mice. He also provided me a quote for a more thorough treatment providing a more permanent solution which my wife and I are discussing. Overall I was very pleased with the promptness, courteousness and thoroughness of this service and will contemplate using them in the future.

Tee was prompt, the very polite, professional and accommodating, as well as, respectful of my home. He even extended the guaranty to the new buyers, so that any issues may be addressed if necessary. Will keep his information should I every need such services again

Mice are gone. Expensive but ay least there is a long guarantee. I hope I never need them again.

It has been awesome so far, no mice since we have gotten the Mice Mitigation system. They came out gave a quote and explained what would happen during the install and their warranty. They came out it took half the day but they took care of our house, from the roof to the ground and we could not be happier about it. We did our research before hiring them, this company is the only one with no complaints and they are the real deal

One individual first inspected the house and laid some bait to induce mice to leave. Then, a few weeks later and over the course of two days, a team of three people did a thorough inspection and sealing of the house from top to bottom, as well as a very much needed cleaning of a crawlspace where mice were present. This also included removing old and installing new insulation along the upper part of the crawl space walls. Unlike many exterminator firms that leave some mice traps around but don't deal with mice entering the home, this firm seeks to not only eliminate any mice from the home but prevent their re-entry as well, and includes a one year guarantee. I think the value received for the amount of work done was very fair. I highly recommend them.

Somethin was making chewing noises in the attic and then I noticed mice droppings in my kitchen....specifically in my kitchen drawers. The morning I intended to call Mice Hunters Inc, I found the little pest in my garbage can looking at me. Mice Hunter was in my house the next day getting rid of my problem. I opted to have the rodents removed and haven't seen or heard any since. Extremely pleased.

We went ahead with the full contract with the business and they've done the treatments. They came out I would guess early December. I want to say it ended up being between $450 and $500, I'm going to say $450 because I'm not super exact. The overall experience is quite good, it's positive. They explained to us what procedure would be done and after they did the service I felt like it was, it's probably not in good proportion to the amount they charged. It's probably a specialized process, you know, it's very little material cost and very little time and cost you then have to pay, yeah, amount for that service. The warranty I thought is too short. The catch is that the warranty is only one year and then if you want to have further service we basically have to purchase new or we have to buy like annual almost like subscription money to them. I think that is a little too much. The responsiveness is good. The punctuality is good. The professionalism is good.

We ultimately decided to go with another company because of budget constraints, but would nonetheless recommend this one for being professional, friendly, and highly competent. We also really appreciated them taking their time out to meet with us and inspect the house, even though no contract work was performed or paid for.

Will not use them. Too pricey.

They are a more permanent solution. Sometimes they come in from the cold. Mice Hunters is very good. They guarantee their work. They were very expensive. They charged about 27,00 to do the entire house and again up on the roof. They also checked the gables because the mice get up on the house from trees. We've never had problems with mice upstairs or in the kitchen or anything, its only down stairs and the lower levels they get in. They are worth it and so far we've not had any problems.
