Multiple code violations and callbacks to fix issues. My advice if you decide to use Jim is to not use allowances and make him provide a fixed price contract. When they started work, all needed materials were in, yet it took over 7 weeks to complete. Requests for a schedule were evaded. There is no crew it is Rich, and occasionally Linda to assist. Very poor time management at the customer expense. Their lack of transparency regarding certain paperwork was troubling. What should have been a rewarding project became a large disappointment."
