+ -1 moreWe had them install underground drainage and connect that to our new gutters/downspouts. Cost $12k. Professional landscape companies have come out to quote us on repair or troubleshooting. The sentiment is the same, Manuel Ruiz Landscaping used cheap products and installed a drainage system that not one of nine landscape design companies say is the correct installation method. DO NOT USE MANUEL RUIZ LANDSCAPING!

+ -1 moreThey told me it would take 4-5 weeks for the proposal and design work(which i was ok with), i provided them with the plat survey and made myself available if they had any questions or needed access to my yard, and I never heard anything back. I sent a couple of emails as follow up and still nothing, really horrible customer service, especially if the customer is prepared to spend $20k - $30k.
Description of Work: Contacted RUIZ to come out and give me a proposal for concrete/stone work, and for a landscape design of my house.
