Poorly.

I had 3 companies come out to give me their spiel and an estimate. I liked Mark from Len the best and his price was right in the middle. He wasn't on the hard sell and seemed to work with different suppliers giving us more of an option. We live on the third floor in the city with very little room between our building and our neighbor's building making this a tricky job. Everything went smoothly. Mark's employee, John, was amazing. He was on time everyday, worked hard and took a real interest in getting it right. Mark would come each day to check on John's progress and answer any questions I had. When the project was finished, Mark and I went through and checked all the windows to ensure everything was done to our satisfaction. The windows are great! We just had a new born before having the windows installed and we wanted to keep our unit toasty. We were able to do so by turning our heat higher than in previous years without spending more money. Big difference from our previous circa 1975 aluminum cased windows. Len is a solid company and both Mark and John did such an impressive job on the windows that our condo association decided to go with Len for a new gutter on the back of our building. We could have gone with a reputable competitor who was charging less but we went with Len instead. Gutter review coming at a later date.

Real well...on time and budget and cleaned up every day...good final outcome.

My experience was excellent. Mark was very prompt and knowledgeable. The windows arrived when he said they would and he was very accommodating with my schedule. The men arrived promptly to install the windows they were at my house for 3 days and at the end of everyday they cleaned up after themselves including vacuuming! The garage was a wreck with all there tools but when they were done with the job my garage was probably cleaning than when they arrived. They were very polite and great workers.

Len and his team are always highly professional and reliable.

Our representative, Mark, was very easy to work with. He listened to our concerns, especially on the cost, and met all of our needs. He was easy to contact from start to finish, and he kept in very good touch with us and the workers on progress and on the quality of the work.

Mark, the owner, came to estimate. Mark was very honest, and paid attention to details. He answered our questions and also listened to our concerns. After looking at two of his recent projects, we signed the contract. He work started a few days after contract was signed, and finished in several days. The guys did a great job installing, and cleaned up nicely. Mark came during and after the project. The siding looks great.

The overall experience was very good. We would hire them again. They were neat and cleaned up when completed.

We received quotes from two other contractors to install our siding. Although Len Home Services was more expensive, we decided to go with them because they were the most professional and knowledgeable about the product. The work crew installed our siding in the time-frame that was quoted and did a nice job. We are pleased with the work Len Home Services provided.

CALLED A FEW DAYS AHEAD TO CONFIRM START DATE. SHOWED UP ON TIME EVERY DAY AND WORKED LATE. LEFT YARD NEAT LOOKING AT END OF EACH DAY. CLEANED UP FAIRLY WELL AT END OF JOB.
