Very Well. Technician was knowledgeable, courteous, efficient and communicated effectively. He made an adjustment which was included in the tune up fee and provided some ideas for improvements.

Excellent service. Very nice guy who offered good advice and recommendations regarding furnace settings and replacement parts (which I gladly accepted as a new homeowner). Ended up spending $87 in addition to the $49 furnace inspection - I did not feel duped whatsoever and now have peace of mind that my furnace is functioning properly.

INCREDIBLE! I have never had such a good experience with ANY vendor of ANY sort! Talked to me on the phone at length several times regarding the problems I was having, rescheduled several times without issue or complaint, arrived on time and prepared. Extremely informative and courteous. Showed me everything that was wrong, and explained to me why it was a problem, making sure I understood what was going on and making an informed decision on whether or not to proceed with cleaning or repairs. Even squeezed me in very quickly for cleaning after some other clients were unavailable. I wish every service company operated at this level of professionalism.

Tune up and cleaning appeared to be thorough. Made appt same day as purchase. An issue arose after services were performed. They were able to walk me through a solution over the phone.

The company was responsive in scheduling the appointment and had Saturday hours - yay! The tech was on time for the appointment, and did a good job. He did ask me if I would be interested in a whole house humidifier, but did not give me any pressure when I told him I preferred room humidifiers. Overall, a good experience.

This is the second time that I had Luke to my house. I found him through Angies List in the summer of '16 and had him out to inspect/service my air conditioning units. This time he came out to check on the furnaces. He pointed out some preventative maintenance that needed to be done and then also gave me an idea of where the units were in their lifespan. Turns out both units are original from 1999 and potentially end of life in the next few years. My son's bedroom also was not cooling or heating as well as the rest of the house. He added a new air duct so that more air would be supplied to his room so that we didn't have to worry about our baby/toddler being comfortable at night. Luke is very good at communicating. Answers emails quickly, calls or texts on his way over and is on time during the window that he provides for his arrival. He is very respectful of the house and polite and knowledgeable. I would reccomend him to anyone for their HVAC needs.

Great! Couldn't be happier with the service from LCS. Great customer service. He ended up getting our part cheaper and faster than any of his much larger competitors, and he passed the savings on to us. We will be recommending him to all of our friends.

Luke was right on time and very professional. He called in advance to say he was on his way. When inspecting the heater, he saw that the circuit board was broken and immediately scheduled a follow up appointment for 48 hours later to replace it. He provided a cost estimate and a receipt before he left. For the repair, he was again on time and very professional. As he is a small business owner, I will use him again and encourage everyone to do the same.

Luke was on time, professional and answered a number of questions I had that were not directly related to the furnace cleaning, giving good advice on several HVAC options I was considering. He also looked at my humidifier and made a minor no-cost adjustment to the system that got it working again. The cost of service was very reasonable. I highly recommend Luke and plan on using him again in the late spring for my annual air conditioner cleaning!
