LCS was great! They arrived on time, were very personable and did a quick and thorough job. The service professional also helped set up my Nest thermostat to help run the humidifier. I'd definitely recommend LCS.

very well We all know some companies try to tell the unsuspecting customer they need a new part or furnace, but not this company. Luke was very thorough and honest said my furnace looked great, just a bit dusty He even put the size of filter needed and when to change filter I feel Luke went above and beyond I would highly recommend!

Wonderfully!! Luke serviced ALL the radiators (not all of them were easy to bleed, had issues) and included it in the (very low) price of the tune-up. He also replaced the rusted/cracked vent coming out of the boiler a couple of days later. Great job and reasonably priced. Best of all, he doesn't try to sell you a new heating system like the big companies.

I've had to have cleaning and thermocouple changed for regular maintenance which prevents pilot light from going out. Crossing my fingers that it was just a fluke that pilot light went out once since having furnace cleaned and having new thermocouple installed this time. Luke did great work! He did a very thorough cleaning job of furnace.

Very well, he even changed my Aprilaire filter (it was sitting there for me to do). He told me I needed my coils (ac) cleaned but I can call him in the spring for that. Very polite and told me everything that he had done and possibly needed in the future.

Luke was very professional, very friendly, and he also let me watch as he performed his work and answered and explained a lot of what he was doing and things that should be taken care of going forward. He also answered some other questions I had about heating issues in the house and I felt he spent a good amount of time answering all my questions and gave me a great advice. This was my first experience with them.

My radiators weren't working on the 2nd floor during the coldest days of December. When I called him, he was at a job and couldn't come that day, but he talked me over the phone to trouble shoot the boiler and I was able to get 2 of the 3 radiators working. More than enough to keep us warm. I scheduled a maintenance job at a later date and he was prompt, professional and had reasonable pricing. Luke was a blessing to our family. Thanks again Luke.

Very well. Luke performed the routine inspection per the offering as well as attempted to diagnose an intermittent problem our furnace exhibited of occasionally cutting out of the burners when the main blower came on. We couldn't figure that problem out, but the furnace continues to keep the house warm during these frigid Dec/Jan cold spells. I'll be calling him back if/when whatever is causing this abnormal furnace performance actually manifests into a heating problem.

I like the fact that he was honest with me and didn't immediately say you need a new furnace. Fixed what was needed, very professional and this will be my go-to HVAC company.

Came out quickly, cleaned the furnace. Also let us know that our issue wasn't that the furnace was too small, it should work just fine after we complete some insulation work we had planned to do in a couple months. Didn't try to sell us a new furnace or install. Very honest.

Cleaning was fine. Was supposed to get a follow up call with an estimate for a new heat exchanger cover but no one got back to me. I finally called LCS and was told no cover was available.

The gentleman on the phone couldn't have been more professional and straightforward. We have an older home and nothing ever goes as planned with installs. He explained that sometimes the returns and duct work may need to be updated and the costs involved. Took his time to explain some of the variables that could be in play and was very professional with his explanation. We haven't had work done yet but based on the phone call would strongly consider.
