Do not use this service. John acts like a 5 year old. He won’t refund your money when you remind him how bad his service is everytime it snows. The guy is a crook.

John's Snow Plowing Service "Plowing your way to a safer walk!" marketing flyers were simply left in a pile under the public mailbox at the Northbrook post office on Cherry Lane, where everyone would see them. They've since blown around and created a litter problem for the community. Whether or not a business is community-minded and careful not to leave a mess in a public place is a consideration for me when hiring a contractor. I DO NOT intend to hire John's Snow Plowing Service because of the mess they made in my neighborhood.

we were able to move snow to safe location we did not pile snow by mail box if was snow there we hand shoveled it away we understand the importance of mail delivery and car access during snow storm for our customer sall areas were cleared and salted if needed

HE SAID HE WAS COMING RIGHT OVER - BUT NEVER SHOWED UP!!!! A whole day & night were wasted!! I needed that driveway plowed so I could go to heart doctor!!! I had to cancel my appointment ! Outrageous!!!
Description of Work: I needed my driveway plowed after 12/10&11/16 snow storm.

great! as I said above I will absolutely keep his number!
Description of Work: I felt it was worth reviewing John since he was so professional and prompt. I called right before a very large snow storm. I am sure all plowing companies are busy. Larger ones failed to even call me back but John was fast and professional both texting and leaving messages. I will write another review if we do hire him but I wanted to say this company should be on your short list.
