Note: When Maurice quotes his price it includes tax and any drywall repair, priming and painting. They remove the window treatments and replace them when finished. Until I considered these elements, I thought they were much higher than the competition. My complex requires a certain brand of window etc. but I did compare 3 providers. The on-site workers are professional, neat, courteous, friendly, punctual and they work fast!I had not a single problem in this transaction which is more than I can say for my neighbor's experiences with the competition.

Came highly recommended by another contractor, as well as major distributor in the area. They know installations well. Did excellent job in trimming out windows on interior and exterior to make them look as though the house was built with the windows. This was a major job that reqired multiple stages and visits. Coordination was a small challenge at a couple of points, but when they promised they would show, they did. They were careful to be clean and keep dust and debris contained. They removed all debris from the site, including old triple track storms that were rendered useless. Price was slightly above average, but if it's the labor that cost more, then it is understandable why you would want a contactor who will do the job right, no matter what obstacles he/she encounters. They are pros.
