Description of Work: They refinished my wood floors and did a terrible job. We have poly coming through the cracks of the floors and the floors have large divots in them where he over sanded them. Now the floor is blistering and it feels like sandpaper. Plus the blisters burst and dirt gets stuck in them.

+ 0 moreDue to settling of a wall the door was binding on the frame. The proper fix was to remove the nails holding the frame to the studs, raise one side of the frame and re-nail it, which he did. Fred is honest and trustworthy. He showed up on time with all the tools needed and got the job done quickly.
Description of Work: Fred reset the door frame between my garage and house. Settling had occurred causing the door to bind on the frame.

HE CHARGES FOR MATERIALS AND AN HOURLY RATE. HE ESTIMATED BETWEEN 247 AND 309 HOURS FOR HIMSELF AND ANOTHER WORKER; THEIR ACTUAL TIME SPENT WAS 250 HOURS. HIS PRIMARY INTEREST IS IN SMALLER 2/3-DAY TYPE HOME IMPROVEMENT JOBS.
