We called Dijis Technology Solutions; they very capably unscrambled the mess, got it up and running properly. Sam (of Dijis) also simplified, consolidated our multiple remotes, and left us clear instructions for smooth operation. We later had one minor glitch; our phone call produced a very prompt response, (maybe 1 - 2 hours) that immediately resolved the problem. This was first class service. The job was a bit complex. Given the time spent working on clearing up the mess, I think the pricing was VERY reasonable. We previously used Dijis to resolve home office wi-fi/router/modem/printer problems. Devin of Dijis capably took care of that service. Now he has others working for him. Sam and his partner who did this most recent service (February, 2019) seem just as capable as Devin himself. Bottom line: next time our home electronics and technology are in rebellion, I will not waste my time trying a do it yourself approach.; I will contact Dijis right away!

Devin and his team are the most patient good humored and professional team possible. They were very flexible and always available when the builder needed them on short notice. Best of all, Devin was very patient in explaining how to use everything. We're not technologically savvy and he or a member of his team had to help us repeatedly. Whether needed in person or by phone, Devin is always available to help. We may have paid a little more, but the outstanding customer service made it worthwhile. Devin also has a Mac expert (Danny) on his team. Solved in 10 minutes what the online Apple support people couldn't accomplish in two calls totaling 4 hours.

Devin and Dijis employees are respectful of our home and schedule, responsive, great problem solvers and most of all, the help is understand the technology. The scope of what Dijis does is amazing. From making hearing-impaired devices function, to new garage door openers, to a sound system for both indoors and outdoors to computer systems and televisions.

Devin took the time to ensure the project was completed during his initial visit and tested equipment to make certain everything worked properly. Assistance was needed from the manufacturer's technical department which can always be a challenge. Devin worked with the tech support - which involved numerous phone calls to obtain the proper information. Most others would have given in and re-scheduled but Devin persevered and made it happen. I will have Devin come back and do more programming on my Control4 system.

Devin made sure I knew how to operate the Control4 and showed me how to load it on my iPhone and how to use it for each of my zones

Devin diagnosed the difficulties fairly quickly, and he tried to get the receiver to work, but when that didn't happen because it died, he got us a new receiver and installed it.

Devin Stites at DIJIS Technology Solutions has been "managing" the technology in our home for seven years. During that time, he has installed multiple wall-hung televisions, surround sounds, Roku/Apple TVs, laser printer, an Xbox, and a Wii. He has also helped us purchase and set up several laptop and desktop computers. We are in our 40s and relatively tech savvy, but don't have time for, interest in, or skill set to do this type of stuff ourselves. Whenever anything goes wrong, we just call him and he either trouble shoots over the phone or comes over to fix the problem. Devin is friendly and professional, always cleans up perfectly, and we are happy to have an ongoing relationship with him. We have recommended him to many friends and other companies as well.

Perfection! Wires in the walls and everything works perfectly. I have used DIJIS in the past with in wall speakers and outdoor speakers. They are absolute pros at getting new wires through old walls.
