DURING THE CLEANING, ONE OF THE WOMEN SPILLED SOMETHING (WINDEX, I BELIEVE). THEY ALSO LEFT A RAG IN THE GARBAGE DISPOSAL. AFTER CALLING, THE SUPERVISOR SAID THEY WOULD SEND SOMEONE THE NEXT SAT. THE DRIVER CAME AND LOOKED AT THE STAIN, DID NOTHING. A WEEK LATER HE CAME AND TRIED TO CLEAN THE SPOT. SPOT STILL THERE BUT NOW CARPET NAP HAS BEEN CHANGED DUE TO HEAVY SCRUBBING WITH SCRUB BRUSH. CALLED THEM AGAIN THAT I WANTED TO TALK TO OWNER. HE WON''T RETURN CALLS OR SHOW UP WHEN PROMISED TO SEE WHAT COULD BE DONE.
Description of Work: HAD 2 WOMEN FOR 6 HOURS FOR DEEP CLEANING HOUSE. HAD USED THIS SERVICE IN THE PAST BUT HAD NOT BEEN A REGULAR CUSTOMER FOR SOME TIME. THE WOMEN SENT WERE PROBABLY IN THEIR 30''S, NEITHER REAL YOUNG NOR OLDER. THEY HAD NOT BEEN SENT PREVIOUSLY. INITIALLY, I THOUGHT THEY HAD DONE AN OK JOB OF CLEANING.
