If you ever need to cancel or reschedule your appointment we ask that you call 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in a cancellation fee. If our Maids arrive at your home for a scheduled appointment and cannot gain entry there will be a lock out fee. We offer a full line of cleaning services at affordable prices. All of our services come with a 24 hour guarantee - if we miss anything we will come back to clean it at no charge. Our maids are professional and courteous. Special requests are always welcome. Horrific to the point that I question the legitimacy of this business. In fact my modem was manually turned off during the "cleaning" service rendering my home network and IP cameras inaccessible. I am not sure what actually occurred during the time in my home and am quite concerned frankly. Buyer be aware!
Description of Work: The services that were promised to be performed: 3 women to be deployed to thoroughly clean the house including washing of baseboards, windows, everything. Cost $250. What actually occurred: 2 women showed up (not 3) who never dusted many of the shelves, never touched the basement, some closets. Beds were left unmaid. Truly the worst service provider and maid service I have ever worked with. I doubt the validity of their public reviews on other sites. Suggestion: click the filtered results and do your due diligence before utilizing this outfit.

Completely Maid and all of it's staff would never jeopardize a clients safety or security by intentionally turning off network equipment or maliciously disabling security cameras. We offer a 24 hour guarantee for all of our cleaning services and had the customer called us we would have been more than accommodating to resolve his complaints. Had any attempt be made to complain to us a resolve would have been easily obtained. Our apologies that he doesn't feel that we did our best in his home. We are definitely responsible for cleaning in a responsible and healthy manner, if our maids should miss something we hold them and ourselves accountable. I did take some time and noticed that this particular customer has made many negative reviews of other companies as well. Some people are easier to please than others - I think in this particular case he was unable to be satisfied. Which is really a pity since we have such a high standard for our service and customer satisfaction. For consideration to future buyers of home cleaning services. Completely Maid always strives to build long lasting relationships with our customers. Our staff, when they enter your home, is to provide a great cleaning that your family will enjoy for days. We find going the extra mile for our customers is the best way to show that we care. When we miss something we want to own up to our mistakes. We aren't perfect and occassionaly we miss things. When we do - we want to fix it.
