From the beginning to the end, CabinetPro was very responsive, professional and did an amazing job. I first contacted Laura, the designer, by email. I looked at samples in their small but comprehensive show room and then Laura came to our home to show me samples in our actual kitchen. Laura looked at the rest of the decor and furniture on our main floor and helped me to decide on dark Cherry. I loved the door style we chose and felt it would really make my kitchen match the traditional style I had elsewhere. Laura's experience, confidence and professionalism really made the difference in me going ahead with the project and with refinishing not replacing everything. About a week later, the owner came out to measure all of our cabinets, which took less than an hour. The doors needed to be manufactured, so we decided on a date for install that was four weeks later and was a convenient week for me. The installers came promptly at 8am and left before 5pm for four straight days. I was truly amazed that they accomplished 95% of the job in such a short amount of time! The installers were meticulous in their work (I am very detailed oriented and tend to notice everything). They cut the hole for my oven perfectly, even supported my granite under the counter and an interior part of one cabinet, when that wasn't part of their job! The installers came back one week later because the crown molding wasn't ready when the rest of doors were, but promptly finished that too. I couldn't be happier with the finished project! The kitchen looks brand new, it's a beautiful rich dark cherry and I'm quite sure that if or when we sell our home, we increased it's resale value by several thousand more than it cost us to redo. I have gotten many compliments on the kitchen, which now feels warm, cozy and inviting!

The project went well, consultation and final work completed on time and with consideration of my schedule and needs. Team was good to work with and responsive to final follow-up.

Very pleased with the work that CabinetPro did in my kitchen and bath. Although the project took longer than expected, owner Rob, project manager Anaclare, and all of their staff of expert tradesmen went out of their way to ensure every aspect was completed to the highest standard and surpass my expectations.

We are thrilled with our new shelves. The process went smoothly, from the time we contacted Anaclaire to today, when we had the shelves installed. Anaclaire came to our house to look at our cabinets and advised us on an optimal installation; we went to CabinetPro's show room to view the actual product; and it took about 5-6 weeks for the shelves to be installed. We followed Anaclaire's advice and are happy we did. The shelves are absolutely great and make it much easier to access all my kitchen gear. The soft close is a wonderful feature. The installer did a beautiful job. I highly recommend CabinetPro.

CabinetPRO came on time every day. There were two crewmen. Both were polite, punctual, and cleaned up after the job. THe work was high quality, exactly as agreed upon. The price was good and fair. CabinetPRO beat the target finish date by assigning two crewmen. We really appreciated that because it's hard to have the kitchen unavailable. The end result is that our kitchen and powder room both look up-to-date, much nicer, and modern.

My wife and I were completely satisfied. We met with Laura, who asked us what we wanted and gave us samples to take home. She visited our home so she could estimate our cost and assess what might be the best choices. When we returned to the office she walked us through a detailed cost estimate and provided a tentative time line. When we decided what we wanted, the entire process unfolded precisely as she had indicated. The measurements and installation were performed on schedule by professionals who were friendly, polite and exceptionally clean. There was no cleanup for us to do. When we saw the finished product we were (and are) ecstatic. Laura was professional, knowledgeable and an absolute pleasure to work with. Everyone who has visited and seen the finished product has been impressed by the quality and cost. Completely satisfied!!

The job went very smoothly. Each process was executed in a timely manner as they said. Each trade showed up and completed there job.

It had not arrived after 4 weeks. After 8 weeks, house was already sold. I called again, figuring I would install it for the new buyer anyway. Anna said it was there, but not cut yet to size yet. I asked her to cut it and requested a discount since I didn't actually need it any more, and they had forgotten all about it. I have not heard back since. So basically I paid $120 for nothing.

The whole process couldn't have gone smoother. I had a good idea of what I wanted and Laura took it from there. She kept me from making a few mistakes too. Laura didn't hesitate to tell me when I was wrong...a good thing. She came to check on the job several times and stayed on top of everything. If something didn't come in as planned she got right on it so any problems were barely a blip. Tom, the installer was fantastic. When he came out for the initial measure he noticed a few things in the design that could be improved, recommended putting the microwave drawer in the island for a better look - he was right. Along the way he tweaked a few things. I watched him work throughout the process, he was meticulous and a good guy to have around. I would hire him to build a house without hesitation. I have a brand new kitchen without all the hassle of ripping out all the cabinets. As I didn't want to change the kitchen layout this was the perfect way to a new kitchen. I wish Angie's List wouldn't allow reviews from people who didn't go through the process. Merely getting a quote you don't like is no reason for a bad review and I hope anyone reading those reviews ignores them as I did. I had a very good idea of what the pricing should be, did a lot of research. It's not a cheap process but getting a high quality kitchen for about 60% of a new install is a great way to go. Depending on what you do it could be a lot less. In my case, except for the boxes on the wall everything is new. I would do this again with Cabinet Pro and would recommend them to anyone without hesitation.

The CabinetPro staff arrived on the scheduled date, and each installer arrived early each day and worked well throughout the process (although one installer did the bulk of the cabinetry work, and he was great). They predicted it would take a couple of weeks and it took about a week and a half in all. We had questions or minor changes along the way (such as how to cover a gap between the top of the 'fridge and the bottom of the cabinet above) and they addressed any concerns with proper solutions. It's a dusty job to reface cabinets but they did their best to clean up at the end of the day. Friendly, trustworthy and very competent workers.

Worked with Anaclare on the project who was helpful, knowledgeable, and responsive throughout. We liked how all materials are ordered beforehand and installation was not scheduled until these were available. This minimized disruption of our kitchen being unavailable while the project was completed. We were told demolition and installation would take 1-2 weeks and it was about 10 days plus a little add on for some of the detail work (painting, tile sealing, etc). We were informed of every step along the way with expectations clearly addressed. We would definitely use Cabinet Pro again.

Laura their head designer is amazing. She really thinks with you. Not only in design but also price. The team was very professional and revamped our kitchen from a dated space into a modern one.

Went very well. Completed everything on time, on budget and flexible to work with. I would definitely recommend Laura, Rob or Anaclaire. We're satisfied!!

I was unable to make an appointment with this outfit. They are strictly 9-5 Monday through Friday. I took a day off from work to meet with their rep, but it was a little rainy and icy, so she cancelled. I understood not making the morning appointment, but rising temperatures eliminated the ice by late morning. She was not interested in scheduling for later in the day. I called a competitor who was willing to either fit me in later today or he will meet with me in the evening. So, if you are a stay at home parent or retired this company might be fine, but if you work, Don't waste your time waiting for their rare attention.

CabinetPro provided a combination of refacing and replacing cabinets in our kitchen, along with a new build out for a larger pantry and oven box, additional lights in the kitchen and adjoining family room, and new countertop. Rob was very easy to work with from the bid process through the whole project. Anaclaire from their design center was also very helpful and patient with all of our questions. Any questions or changes we had were answered promptly, and we were able to stay within our budget. Very pleased with the final results!

CabinetPro did a fantastic job! Laura was so helpful. She listened and really grasped what I was looking for. She did a great job of helping to narrow the choices! Jose did a beautiful job on the cabinets. The job went smoothly and was actually completed faster than they had anticipated. Rob, the owner, came out the day the custom mirror that they built for the bathroom was installed.

Came out once and looked at job. Never heard back. Called them several weeks later. Said they couldn't find my records just then, but would call back. Never Heard from them again.

The representative asked about what I wanted & answered my questions then provided a quote of ~$4K. Since I was looking for an economical way to update my bathrooms, I declined to proceed.

The work was done in the timeframe that we had discussed. Everyone was terrific to work with. Laura (designer) really helped to narrow my choices by listening to what I had in mind and Jose executed the job perfectly. The cost was exactly what they said it would be. The products used are top quality. Rob (owner) is a nice guy!

I was impressed with the initial proposal as it exactly reflected what we discussed during the preliminary meeting. Only problem was that they incorrectly ordered the top cabinet doors, but to their credit offered me either a discount or replacement. - took complete ownership of their mistake. Essentially took 4 and half painless days.

CabinetPro was wonderful. From our first meeting down to the finishing touches, they were extremely helpful and professional. They had some suggestions that we just hadn't thought about or weren't aware of. Laura was great! Couldn't have done all this without her. Tom the installer was excellent. We would highly recommend them.

It went very smoothly. Laura and Rob made the process very easy. They are professional and knowledgeable regarding the product. And the people doing the actual labor are top-notch. There were a couple of minor problems but they were resolved favorably. Bottom line : Our brand new kitchen exceeded our expectations.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Cabinet Pro. They installed new cabinet door and drawer fronts and granite counters. Everything was top quality. It looks like I installed a brand new kitchen. They were extremely professional. Everything was done on exactly the time frame they said it would be. Their installers were a pleasure to work . Laura, the designer, was terrific. Very helpful with color, selections, coordination etc. The cost came in exactly where they said it would. I will use Cabinet Pro again!

I need custom cabinets for my 2 vintage bathrooms in a condo I had recently purchased. I also needed new kitchen cabinets. My dilema was, that in the kitchen,on one one wall were existing cabinets from1925 which are actually nice(Hoosier) on the other two walls were cheap cabinetry that I wanted to replace. I called cabinet Pros and had a very nice conversaton with Rob. I sent him photos of the exsisting cabinets. All that I got back was an email telling me they were unable to help me with my project. In the meantime I have ordered custom cabinetry from another dealer and am very excited about my new kitchen. CabinetPros gave me the complete brush off. I will never recomend them to anyone. My experience with their terrible customer service was enough to turn me offfor good.

I havwe just begun my work with CabinetPro. I have an estimate and a date to start work on 2/18.2013. So far Laura has been a pleasure to work withthe the estimate so far has seemed appropriate.
