Description of Work: We were very pleased with the service provided. Our Aunt is elderly and living in her own home in Chicago. The Careprovider reported concerns with smell and cleanliness due to incontinence. We received a free estimate and discussed various services available. In the end we decided to clean her sofa. All was handled smoothly , professionally and sensitively. We were entirely pleased.

Description of Work: Company steam cleaned two badly stain couched and strain sealed both. It also took with it to clean a tick, mat backed rug about 4 by 7 feet to steam clean as well. Two men were here two and one half hours. The quality of the work was excellent though I thought clearly pricy. I did not bid the work out so in all fairness, I do not know what others would charge. The peole are nice.
