Neal, the owner came out for the estimate, I had it within a day and The Bright Side was very competitively priced. I had used them in the past for carpet cleaning and had a good experience so while they weren't the lowest bid because I knew their work I decided to use them. Also, Neal was very accommodating on service dates. I was going to be out of town and he was able to do the work within 2 weeks of the bid and was able to complete it during the time period I had requested. Other companies I had called had told me I had to wait until at least August to fit into their schedules. Neal was much more accommodating. The end result was coming home to a perfectly stained and sealed deck as well as the side of my house being clean and algae free. I highly recommend The Bright Side for deck maintenance as well as carpet cleaning.

I received Neil's number from my realtor because I need to see if my carpets could be salvaged. Neil was prompt in setting up an appointment to ascertain the situation. Not only that but he also squeezed us in on a Saturday morning so the carpets would dry before the tenant moved in two days later. I was truly amazed with the carpets when Neil finished. They looked brand new! Neils price was competitive and well worth the great job. I would use him again. I highly recommend using The Bright Side, Inc.

Neil was very responsive, immediately understood the work and did a better job than I thought possible. Plus, I got a thank you note a week later. Who does that? Great experience!

John and Tony called ahead before arriving. The Bright Side owner Neil showed up to say hello and help out his two guys. They were careful with the furniture they had to move and careful around the walls. They were in and out in a very short time and they charged a very good price (along with an Angie's List discount) for their work.

The Bright Side came to our house clean our couch and bench/ottoman. When I called, they were very responsive and pleasant to talk to. Two gentlemen came to do the work and did a great job, and were wonderful. They were friendly, prompt and did great work. The couch and ottoman looked great when they were done. We'll definitely hire them again for any future upholstery or carpet cleaning!

They were very good. The price was very reasonable. He is the only one who came out and looked at my ducts before he gave me an estimate. He was very personable and they did a nice job cleaning the ducts. I would definitely recommend them.

Two professionals arrived on time and started the work timely. It took approximately two+ hours to complete the job. They were very thorough, extremely courteous, and efficient. The furniture looks great and smells refreshingly clean. I will definitely use Bright Side in the future for carpet cleaning and future upholstery cleaning.

Really liked them, very nice & courteous. They gave me two options for our carpet in the basement, and I appreciated that they were thoughtful and honest. They cleaned the carpets throughout our basement, and moved everything. Most other carpet cleaners I've worked with have only gone around some bigger things, but they moved everything out of the way. They did a great job, carpet looks good and they gave me some good advice on drying up the basement. Would use them again

They arrived on time and were professional and friendly throughout the time they were here. They wasted no time, got right to it, and cleaned 15 years worth of dirt from the furniture -- and id a great job. They offered to add a protectant/sealer but when I said, "No" there wasn't a hard sell at all. I like that!

It was easy to make an appointment for an estimate. Neil Hansen arrived promptly, answered all my questions, and gave me some useful fliers. He carefully noted the fabric types and special problems. When I had to re-schedule the actual cleaning day because of a power outage, he was extremely nice and accommodating. He could have done the work that day with his own power source if we had wished (but I wanted to be able to run fans and the air conditioning that day). The work was done promptly and in a bit less than the 4 hours that had been estimated. Our sofas, chairs, and carpets look like new! (Well, except for one armchair that we've kind of abused and neglected ~ but it looks much, much cleaner and brighter.) Coffee stains and spilled candle wax have disappeared! I do not know how their charges compare with others, but what we paid seems eminently reasonable for the amount of work done and the size of the crew. Compared with carpet and upholstery cleaners we have used before, things look cleaner and brighter, and there is no chemical odor. Neil and his crew are extremely nice and professional. I definitely hope to use them again!

Everything went very well with this company. There was one problem with the scheduling, but ultimately, they did arrive as we had originally planned on time. They worked dilligently on the stains until they were gone - really impressive! After I inquired about a protective coating, they offered their service and once I agreed, they were able to add it on the same day following the cleaning process. The entire process was clean and efficient. Following the service, although the couch was a bit larger than they had anticipated, they charged me per the original quote which was very much appreciated.

It went fine, the guys showed up on time, were polite, careful with my belongings, good with my dogs, and did great work.

The job was very well done. They were polite and professional, were willing to move furniture out of the way for cleaning underneath, and showed concern about the well-being of our cats, who are generally skittish when visitors are in the house.

I had used them for air duct cleaning before, so they were pretty responsive. With carpet cleaning, they don't bring in a lot of extra chemicals which is good because I have a kid and a dog. They're small which is nice.

Neil was professional from the beginning to the end. He thoroughly explained his service and did not mind answering questions. We are not sure how his price compares since we did not pursue any other companies. Overall, we were happy with the service provided and we would consider using his company for carpet cleaning.

Neil was extremely responsive. There was an initial misunderstanding about price - his partner had quoted me the $150 over the phone, Neil after looking at the work quoted me $280, but Neil felt badly so decided to stick with the original price I was quoted! This was very kind and reasonable of him. In addition, he left me one of his own fans to help dry the concrete underneath the carpet and picked it up a few days later. He also returned to my house to re-rinse the carpet free of charge b/c my carpet has a tendency to brownout, even with the use of appropriate chemicals. Neil did an excellent job and was very responsive and pleasant to work with. I highly recommend him.
