I was impressed by this company. They gave me a quote over the phone and stuck to the price. Came out on time and cleaned a sofa that had many stains. They did all the pretreatments and cleaning efficiently and effectively. I let everything dry and then noticed a streak and one stain that was still there. Called the next day and they came right back out! No Problem! The owner said they want to know if it isn't to your satisfaction and he really meant it! I thought the one stain would not be able to be removed (been there for over a year) but you can hardly see it! the streaks are also gone! I will not hesitate to us Bright Side again. They are not the cheapest but not the most expensive either. I really got my money's worth.

Did a very nice job of cleaning the carpet in our 1000 Square Foot office. This was the first time we had it cleaned since we moved in six years ago. They worked very hard to get all of the stains out. Nice friendly people..... I strongly recommend them.

They are very professional and curteous. They make sure you are satisfied with their work. A couple of pieces of the sectional dried with some streaks that weren't visible or obvious when wet. They came back to take a look, went over it again and blow dried it to make sure it would not re-appear. Great service!

Very pleased with how fabulous the rug looked after cleaning. Very professional, punctual and pleasant. Neal truly cares about customer satisfaction. After Bright Side did such a great job on the rug, we hired them for duct cleaning our home which they did equally as well.

My initial request of the Bright Side was to look at our area rug and tell me if it could be cleaned or needed replacing. They told me it could be cleaned and they were absolutely right. They did a fantastic job with the area rug, 6 chairs and a sofa. From the first call, Neil was really on top of everything. I was very (pleasantly) surprised because it was so easy and I really got the sense that Neil cared about building a long-term relationship. Of course, most importantly, when we got home, everything was clean and they were absolutely right that the area rug could be cleaned. Neil has earned a long term customer and I will not hesitate to call The Bright Side again.

The service was excellent. Easy to schedule, came on time, explained the process, rugs look better than ever. I thought he wouldn't be able to get out the dog barf from the rug but he did. He assured me that he would come back and treat the stains again if they didn't come out. Very happy with the service - I would use him again for upholstery, etc. also. He even liked my dog and was friendly to him! :)

The quality of the service was outstanding! My carpets turned out much cleaner than when they were done by a big name outfit with a big advertising budget. This is a family owned company that prides clearly prides itself on attention to detail and quality of their work. I would recommend them to others in a heartbeat. In fact, I already have!

Excellent! Very professional. Our carpets dried quickly because they took the time to soak up the excess water. Our couch dried quickly and looked good. They really do a great job, I just would have preferred them to be a little cheaper but I still think they were a good value. Much better than going to a commercial service that has to charge certain rates. . I would definitely recommend them.

From start to finish, The Bright Side and all their staff were absolutely wonderful! I placed my initial call for services and spoke directly with Owner and President, Neil Hansen. He was courteous, detailed and knew exactly what I needed done - especially since I live in a condo, he advised me of what I needed to find out from my Association for my bldg. before I could place my request for service. Neil's team (Tony and Mike) arrived on the appointed date right at the time we had confirmed - perfectly prompt! They were so helpful - moved furniture to clean my carpets more effectively and basically did everything to perfection. Neil came out at my request after the job was complete as I needed an extra rinse for a tough spot to be removed and he came out himself and removed it perfectly - and he didn't charge an extra fee. The Bright Side team let me know if I needed an extra rinse or the carpet did not clean the first time around or if I noticed anything at all after the carpet was dry, I could call and the team would return and make it perfect - and they did! To have the owner of a company actually come back and make sure all is perfect and cares about great customer service (and making sure a customer is happy and satisfied) is indeed rare these days - I will call The Bright Side again for all my carpet and upholstery cleaning needs in the future - exceptional cleaning, work ethic and customer service. The entire team was prompt, friendly, diligent, professional and thorough and really cared about doing a great job for the customer. I would highly recommend The Bright Side to my friends and family.

When they returned the rug, they were very careful to place in a way that it was not bunched up.

Neil gave me a time range of 1-3p and the guys arrived before 3p. Tony and Michael could not have been nicer and very professional for young guys. Nice quick work and everything looks great. We will use them in the future for sure.

They did a nice job. I think they didn't use the kind of chemicals that we've been concerned about. They came to the house and picked them up and brought them back and did a nice job. They seemed to be very nice guys.

Services were fine. The carpets are a whole lot cleaner. There wasn't anything that really stood out. He did a nice job and did it in a timely fashion. My interaction with the provider was very good. There was no flexibility; I only had the one room to get done and I had to pay $150 to get one room done.

Job went as it should. Provider showed up on time, did a good job, and left the house clean when they left. They vacumed before steam cleaning the carpets which is an extra step versus other competitors I've used in the past. One of the bedrooms was particularly dirty and it looks as clean as can be now. I will utilize them again in the future.

Mr. Hansen returned our call for an estimate promptly, and we made an appointment for him to visit our condo. He gave us a reasonable estimate, including a discount for the referral from Angie's List. On the day we scheduled the cleaning, he arrived with his assistant Tony. Mr. Hansen was present for much of the cleaning, but not all of it. However, Tony was polite and efficient. Although we had not cleaned our carpet since moving in three years earlier, they removed most of the stains, including ones from wet boots and sick pets. It looked and smelled much better. The day after they cleaned it, a stain emerged in one room. When we called Mr. Hansen, he set an appointment to visit and assess it. He was able to remove it easily, and we appreciated his approachable and responsive attitude with addressing a problem. The price of the cleaning was competitive with another estimate we received from a different highly rated company on Angie's List. We decided to try The Bright Side instead of this other company because Mr. Hansen was willing to schedule an appointment for the cleaning much sooner, and he actually visited our home rather than giving an estimate over the phone only. We were impressed by his careful work, his knowledge about different types of carpeting, his approachable and responsive attitude, and his reasonable price.

Very professional. Good job. If you just want to make an appointment for an estimate, make sure to tell them up-front, or else they will assume you're scheduling the cleaning.

I called Monday afternoon and was able to have the services performed the following afternoon. Neil and his tea were very friendly and courteous. They were extremely conscientious and made sure they didn't cause any mess in my home. They cleaned the carpet back to the state it was in when it was installed. It was amazing! Other carpet cleaning companies have cleaned them but none came close to cleaning that well. The upholstery looks great too. Their price was very fair and competitive. I will definitely use them again!
