Very good work. Well priced. We trusted them in our home without us. They were responsive and came back for a small fix and of course honored their warranty.

A representative called and had someone take pictures and measurements. No further contact was made. I can only assume that they did not want a small job.

they were prompt, neat, and professional. this was a huge job and could have been a real headache, but was handles professionally.

Bak did everything they said they would do. Workmanship was excellent and the they did a very good job of cleaning up.

This was a very big project but it went well. Artur kept things moving along and kept up updated on the schedule. Although there was construction in every room in the house over several days the "mess" was kept in check. The workmanship on the installation and finish work is top quality.

Working with Bak brothers was great. From the initial survey to the finished product Bak brothers conducted themselves with the utmost professionalism and delivered quality work. They always kept us well informed and they were never to busy to answer our questions and make us feel comfortable with all the work being done along the way. The quote was very detailed with all the work to be done and there were no additional surprise costs, anything additional was always discussed and quoted out before the work was done. I never felt uncomfortable with Karl and David working in my home while my family was home and I was at work. They were always very respectful and professional towards my wife and kids. All this without mentioning how happy we are with the quality of work these guys performed. We love our basement! In addition to the remodel, Bak brothers also replaced all our basement windows and did an exceptional job with the installation. I highly recommend Bak brothers for any of your home remodeling needs.

My initial meeting was with Artur Bak and he was very professional, on time and great follow up. Once we got the association approval Artur scheduled the project and within a few days, his job supervisor and crew were on the job on time, were very neat and professional and did a fantastic job. They were done in less than two days and the gutters look great and the work area was totally clean. Artur or his supervisor Norbert kept me in the loop with all the details from beginning to end. The work crew couldn't have done a better job.

Couldn't be more pleased! The original price, work, and timeline were spot on. The interior preparation was handled with sensitivity to existing furniture, and so was the exterior work in relations to our landscaping. Craftsmanship is excellent, and the finished product is better than we expected. From the time of our first call to completion of the work was less than a month. The crew was very efficient and friendly and helpful in all aspects of the process. We highly recommend Bak Brothers!

I can't say enough good things about the whole team at BAK Brothers. Re-siding an entire house James Hardie is an expensive project in and of itself. After you add on replacing all the windows, doors, and rebuilding the back deck, and you are looking at a massive undertaking. To complicate things, we had some open areas around the foundation of the addition on the back of our house that needed to be properly sealed up. We contacted a number of siding and windows vendors but only Artur Bak consistently returned our calls and replied to emails quickly, answered questions, provided alternatives to customize our home, referred us to various sites in locations in our area where they were doing work, worked with us on the pricing, and had a good plan for addressing some of the unique issues with our home like the open areas around the foundation of the addition. Throughout the sales process, Artur made suggestions that we hadn't thought of and helped us to pick all the right elements for our desired final result. Once the project began, Norbert was an outstanding project manager who was on site most days when the team was working, and kept us informed every step of the way. Our house was built in 1953, so there were a few surprises along the way, which was to be expected. Each time an issue came up, Norbert and the crew addressed it with us promptly and worked with us to come up with the best possible plan to resolve it without completely blowing our budget out of the water. Andy and the rest of the crew performing the work were skilled craftsmen. The site was cleaned up at the end of each day and everyone responded quickly when we had a concern and made sure that 100% of the project was done to our satisfaction. We could not be happier with the final results, recommend BAK without hesitation, and look forward to working with them again in the future on other home improvement projects.

Job was partially completed in half of a day - I asked that the team come back to the next day to continue cleaning up the job site and do some touch up caulking that was not done properly. Upon coming back the next day to finish the work from the first day, some of the employees were rude and were not respectful ( due to the quality of their work being questioned.)

It went great. Artur Bak did the sales and estimate portion and we very much appreciated that he was professional without being pushy. Other companies hounded us by phone until we made up our minds but Artur just gave us information and waited for us to come back to him. The price was very competitive compared to the 2 other companies we got estimates from. There was approximately an 8-week waiting list to get started and once we did (in the dead of winter), there were some days that they couldn't work. They always communicated about this and we never felt out of the loop. The two men who did the work, Simon and Mark, worked tirelessly. They did an impeccable job and it looks absolutely beautiful. They also had a carpenter come by to put a door on our crawl space and a door under our porch, both of which turned out great. Another couple men replaced our basement windows with glass block - a major upgrade and they did a fabulous job. There were just a couple things that needed to be touched up at the end and we did not have to keep asking to get them done. In fact, we let Artur know that there needed to be a bit of touch-up painting and within 2 hours a man showed up to do it. Overall, it was a lot of money for us to spend but we spent it well. We have no regrets and I still get excited every time I walk up to my front door.

Initial explanation was thorough and concise. Foreman on the job was always in contact and we were informed of the days the work would be done. Any things that had to be done that were not anticipated, were discussed and addressed immediately. Things were done in a timely fashion despite rain delays. All or any of our concerns were treated in a professional matter and addressed as needed. Quality work at all times. Above all, always polite and professional.

I hired Bak Brothers to finish my attic and add a bathroom and shower. I choose them after using them to reside my house in 2015 (of which they did a great job). They have a different crew for interior work and they were just as good as the exterior crew. The attic was partially finished, but not well done. I worked with Artur and Karl and they helped determine what needed to be done, what could be saved and where we needed to start over. They recommended and took care of tuck pointing and cleaning up the chimney that was running through the middle of the space instead of covering it up with drywall. That turned out to be a wonderful idea and gave the room and bathroom a unique look. Karl helped me with picking out the appropriate tile and paint. Karl and his team created a bathroom and shower from scratch and ran electrical and pluming down two stories to the basement. The team worked every day for almost three weeks and the results were beyond my expectations. Although I did not get quotes from other people, I knew Bak would be fair after using them on my Siding. As with any old house (110 yrs) you would expect some complications and they handle all of these with no problem. From start to finish they added a bathroom and shower to an existing attic where there was none. They added a closet and rebuilt and leveled the floor. They tuck pointed the chimney. They added electrical pluming and venting to the attic where there was none. They cleaned up and refinished the existing drywall on the ceiling. They added new lights to the room. They contracted out for a glass shower door and frame. They finished off the room with trim all around and a nice paint job. They guys were great to work with and took care of my place like it was their own. For much of the project I was not a home but I never had any concerns with their team being at my place. Karl encouraged me to call him at night if I got home and had any questions. I am once again very happy with their work and I would definitely recommend them! This review is also my way of thanking them for such a nice job.

Called bak bros to look at front and rear decks. Artur responded and came very punctual and professional. That's where it stopped, no estimate, no reply. Multiple messages left with you and nothing. Thanks for wasting my time. If you can't or don't want to do the job, at least let me know with a reply. That's 30 min of my life I can't get back.

I had two other estimates and BAK Brothers was the most professional. They actually looked in my attic and took pictures of the roof from underneath. Although BAK Brother's estimate was slightly higher than the other two estimates, I felt that BAK Brothers was more reliable and took the time to explain the roofing process and what was included in the price. They even offered 0% financing.

First, the crew was punctual each day. Ben kept me updated throughout the project on the progress. We did run into some issues as they always occur when the walls are taken out and you see how it was constructed. In each case, Ben pointed them out and recommended a solution. It was very simple and he even recommended the village review for confirmation. It was never a situation where they stopped things and made it a big deal. He was very honest and the work was a great value. I have had other contractors blow up the cost once a minor item was found. With Ben, it was very simple, calm and no pressure when seeing these items. The item was our first floor beam sat on a 2X4 (big problem). I can't say how much I appreciate the honesty shown. I highly recommend them. They alleviated my anxiety in each situation.

This was nothing but a positive experience. The management came out prior to the work being done and went over the schedule and type of work being done. Would notify us if the weather was preventing them from coming out some days. Lots of communication and the results were fantastic. HIGHLY recommend them for siding & windows.

We were very pleased with the project. The workers were courteous and conscientious. They worked diligently. At the end of the day they would clean up the driveway so it didn't affect our parking. The material and the dumpster were placed on the one side of the driveway to minimize impact on us. The resulting project looks great. For both the siding and the roof, they brought ample samples so we could see how they would look. A heavier roof shingle line was offered at no extra cost. When we had problems locating paint for shutters, the sales rep went out and purchased a gallon, no charge to us. When we did a walk through at the project completion there were few items to address, and those were handled expeditiously handled. The front porch column work was done with some nice appearance touches, at no extra cost. The end result of all the work was that our house looks great!!! Super job by the BAK Brothers. We have had a number of positive comments from neighbors on how good the house looks. We would have no hesitation recommending them.

Bak Brothers did a wonderful job on my house. I had them replace all my siding which was old and missing in several parts. They also adjusted some areas to make the porch look nicer. They replaced 6 large windows in my house and the steel back door. Finally they added and adjusted some outdoor lights. It's a old tall city house that butt's up to another house on one side. They worked nicely with my neighbors to schedule the work on that side of the house. They guys that worked on the project were great. I would only see them when I got home, but they would show me some pictures of the work they did and were great about keeping me informed on what and how they were doing. I could see they never took any shortcuts and the work they did was excellent. My neighbors on both side commented on how nice the transformation was. I got quotes from 4 companies including Bak which was a referral from a work friend. From the start of the process they stood apart from the others with the questions they asked and how the proposal they presented. During the project I made some adjustments and changes to what I wanted done and they were flexible and open with all of that. One of the reasons I choose them was because they could do several types of jobs under with their company instead of me having to hire and schedule different companies to work together. For example it was a lot easier having the electrical work done by their guy then going out and finding someone. I had a lot of cable wires as well as some window guards. They were very careful on taking these down and putting them back up. The hid the wires under the siding (after asking me if that was ok) which really cleaned up the look. Overall the house turned out great! I plan to use them again for future projects.

The whole organization was responsive and eager to please. The owner who bid the project was available and followed through to make sure project was done correctly. The crew that worked on the house was great. Always leaving the place clean and working hard. The job manager stopped by frequently and did a great job of communicating when issues arose. Both the crew chief and job manager explained the process and kept us updated to make sure the project went smoothly. We were very pleased with our experience and would definitely recommend Bak Brothers for a siding project!

The service and attention to details that we were provided was outstanding. After placing all the windows and screens, my wife noticed a small tear in one of the screens and Bak brothers came back and replaced the screen, no questions asked. They also came to our house after we found a small amount of paint on the sidewalk and power washed our entire sidewalk! They truly aspire to make every customer experience memorable. Indeed they deliver!
