Very detailed workmanship

In all great Job and the communication was excellent. Buttt!!! The frame work around the entrance of the garage door wasnâ t great work which I wonâ t hold it against AG. Since theyâ re known for garage doors not frame work. But unfortunately they put a dent on the inside of the garage door and didnâ t tell me until I did final look. They took $100 off the price off the door but as much money I spent I was kinda mad. Other then that it was good working with them.

Adi did an amazing job fixing my springs in the garage door and he went above and beyond to troubleshoot my Smart device for me which was so kind of him! Thanks for your quality work, honesty and kindness. They called me within minutes and communicated though out the whole process so efficiently. The installer was very nice. He did a good job installing the new garage door opened. My only complaint was that I think it was a little too expensive.

Timely service, excellent communication and response! Thorough - reviewed all aspects of the door and lift... Provided recommendations for other repairs, but not pushy at all, and helped me prioritize which were essential, highly suggested, optional... "I'd do X before Y if I were you." Gave instructions of simple maintenance I could do myself to maintain longevity of the door. As others have mentioned, they are honest, very reasonably priced, upfront with costs and expectations... Their number 1 goal is their customer - and it's evident. Will certainly recommend them and use them again myself when that time comes!

Adi is an honest professional who only cares about his customer's satisfaction. I am very, very specific in my negotiations and Adi was very patient with me and gave me a very fair price . We replaced the entire garage door system - door, frames, opener, etc... Luis did excellent work ( in winter weather), and was very helpful and pleasant. I highly recommend AG Smart Garage.
