Outstanding - Scott really cared about making the are look great and match the area around it. A couple other people who quoted the job refused to retain a stone border on the edge of the concrete pad. Scott strongly advised against doing the job without including the border, stating that it would look much better with it, and he was right. He lined up a stone company to install the border and make other stone fixes around the house unrelated to the patio area. Thank you Scott, for getting the exterior of my house looking great again.

We had to wait a bit to get on this company's schedule because they're so in demand, but it was worth it. Their work is absolutely fantastic! We had no complaints whatsoever and neither did our neighbors because when they left every day, it was hard to find evidence they had even been there. We were amazed by how quickly they went from start to finish on such a large project.

The company uses teams of workers who work tirelessly to complete tasks. Each person appears to know exactly what to do to make the project run smoothly. Every effort was made to do the best job possible in order to produce a good finished product.

I was looking at the area today and realized that there is not one crack in the concrete. That's almost unbelievable for concrete! We will be needing to do another driveway soon and I will definitely call A.D. Bush Concrete.

Scott Bush and his employees look like they were sent from central casting to be a concrete crew. It is obvious from the start that these guys know their business. They climb out of their trucks and start work. There is no standing around at all. My project involved dealing with a few unknowns regarding some underground piping. I was very pleased at the effort to investigate and the solution that was recommended. The foreman, Ricardo, is always pleasant to talk to and always took the time to answer all my questions (of which there were a lot). Its actually enjoyable to watch him work as he takes such care with such small details. When they were done, you could see how these little things added up to a first class project. Because of the existing layout out the property, there were a couple of challenges that arose on the project. I liked that Ricardo pointed them out and we decided on the best solution together. My neighbors came over when the job was done to express appreciation that the sidewalk that runs between our houses was replaced without disturbing their property. How often does a concrete crew with their jack hammers, concrete saws and cement trucks get compliments form the neighbors? This really speaks to their professionalism. Happy to hire them again.

It worked out very good. He did not have to disturb any landscaping.

AD Bush did a very nice job installing a concrete walk for us. Work was professional and high quality, they did it quickly, and price was very reasonable (better than the other quote we received for the same job). Would recommend and use them again.

the crew came out and removed the old driveway and walkway and put down a new base and installed the forms in one day, and came out a few days later and poured the concrete. Everything went smoothly and the crew came out the next day and removed the forms and filled in the gaps where the forms were. A city inspector checked the work before pouring the concrete and again after the job to make sure everything was OK, which it was. The only delay was in getting the village of Wilmette to issue a permit. This took three weeks and it was my responsibility to get it. The crew were courteous and made sure the forms were exactly where I wanted them. The walkway had a curved side that came out as I wanted it to.

Our old concrete stoop was beginning to crumble and the step had sunk. A D Bush replaced the existing stoop and step and also added an additional step. We are pleased with the work.

We had been in our home for 40 years so the cement was pretty bad. They were absolutely wonderful. We had all the cement work done around the house. We were more than pleased. They cleaned up well and were very informative.

My driveway had settled over a period of time and was in need of replacement. Instead of having he asphalt coming up to the garage floor, I have a concrete 2 1/2 foot apron between the garage and the asphalt. This too had settled. I received bids from 3 concrete suppliers and chose AD Bush (they were the losest bidder). Al and his team arrived promptly on the scheduled date, tore out the old apron, layed down additional gravel and poured the new apron on the same date. The apron was read for the asphalters two days later. I was pleased at the care Al and his team took around my garage; shielding any exposed wood from splashing concrete. The apron looks great.

This company came highly recommended. The owner came out and gave us a job proposal within a few days. His price was competitive and we felt comfortable choosing his company. We weren't disappointed. The work was done last fall and came through the winter without any problems.

It was a great experiance dealing with Alan and his company. Alan was on the job everyday and had knowledgeable crew that was easy to work with. We were very pleased with the design of or patio and front entrance. The choice of exposed aggregate that he presented to us was perfect for our home. I would highly recommend Alan and A.D.
