The quick answer is very well. Avry was great. He was responsive, answered every single one of my calls, and was quick to help with suggestions and made sure I was happy with the products. The long answer is there were and still are some frustrations. We had a long gate installed which is great, however they were missing one black piece so gave me a white one and said they'd replace it with a black piece soon. I never heard back. We moved and used the same gate at our new home and they called to say they had the piece to replace it, when the guys arrived, they realized they didn't actually have the piece they needed so we still do not have the one piece of black gate that we paid for. While the function of keeping the kids safe is fully intact, the product is expensive and we are getting frustrated not having all the pieces we want. I think Arvy is wonderful and his business is sound and I wouldn't turn to anyone else, that said, I think for the amount of $ we are spending I would hope that there would be quicker turnaround on getting us the products we ordered/wanted.

Great. Everything as expected. I have boy children and one of the 30 latches broke, as they are a little rough, and Arvey came back and replaced it without a bother and free of charge. (Everything is guaranteed for life, which is better than any of the competition). Installation of everything took about 4 hours.

We are so pleased with the service that we received. Arvy did a great job explaining our options and helping us to prioritize what needed to get done. The day of the install his team was on time and promptly got to work. It took several hours to complete everything but they were efficient, clean, and explained all that they were doing along the way. With our extremely active boy we are so thankful for Arvy's services.

Arvey was great and came to our home free of charge to walk through all the things we needed to childproof. It was very helpful, as there were a few things I did not think of! Definitely gave us more piece of mind. He quoted us everything, and for us, we did most of the work ourselves (outlet covers, cabinets, etc.) We did, however, have him install two specialty gates in our townhome (width is a tad tricky) and bolt down some dressers and floor mirrors. Great service, always on time, and he followed up to see how it was going a month later! Have already recommended and will continue to do so.

They were very good. I liked the guy. They were prompt. It was a reasonable price. He was very knowledgeable about childproofing. I saw them on Angie's List. It was a good product.

Arvi installed an adjustable mounted gate in a stairwell. One side has unusually large molding/baseboards and the other mount was on our antique banister post. He did the work on the same day we contacted him. He created a screwless mount with zip ties which looked great to me but he returned the following week with different color zip ties which were even better aesthetically. Professional all the way, he was able to quickly and efficiently install a gate where I had tried and failed. Having mounted 3 other gates in variable locations (one with zip ties), he succeeded where I had failed. Also did a free childproofing inspection and generated some ideas about other safety issues. I would definitely use his again.

Great. Hal was very pleasant. He recommended more than we ended up taking, and he had to make two return trips to get everything taken care of, but he was very accommodating. The gates he put up work great, and the padding on the fireplace is good. He used one old gate that we had as a hand-me-down. Everything is an unobtrusive as child proofing can be. The only thing that didn't work as planned is the two drawer magnetic locks in the kitchen, which despite his best efforts do not really lock.

Arvey was great. He came over to do an evaluation, which was very thorough. We walked through the house together and he talked me through his recommendations. We scheduled the installation for the following week. He came himself to do the installation, which I appreciated. He was on time and did not waste time getting started. While he was here, I showed him a crib that had recently been given to me from a friend. We both agreed that we were concerned about the drop side, so we brainstormed and came up with a solution so that we would both feel safer using the crib. This was not something he was scheduled to do, but he took the time to do it, and free of charge. He called the following day with other information that he had come across regarding the crib and came back to make a few more adjustments. I truly felt like he cared about the quality of work he was providing for me, and not just the quantity to make more money. I would recommend his services to any friend having childproofing done.

Arvey was able to come the day after I called. He was right on time. Made a thorough inspection of our home and gave me an estimate right on the spot. I chose to have some of the work done the same day. Arvey came prepared with everything he needed to get the job done. There is no extra charge to have him come out and finish the job when we are ready. There was absolutely no pressure to do everything on the estimate which I really appreciated. Also, Arvey had some terrific tips on things to be aware of. I would highly recommend A&H Childproofers.

He is very friendly and courteous and will not hesitate to change something that you don't like or make it right. We didn't like the gates initially installed on our staircase (too hard to operate) so he removed and installed a different gate at no charge (even though original gate had been in place and used for 2+ weeks). He also changed the toilet locks at my request. He advised we go with regular drawer locks in the kitchen, but I wanted the ''neat'' magnetic ones & now wish I'd have listened as they are a hassle to use - always have to go find the magnet (ugh!). (However, they were all custom installed, so couldn't easily be replaced with the regular ones so we've kept them...) He's the only childproofer that I could find that works Milwaukee. He was referred by several other Mom's I met at a get together.

WE HAVE THREE LITTLE ONES UNDER 3, WE NEEDED TO MAKE HOUSE SAFE. WHAT IS THE DOWNSIDE OF CHILDPROOFING YOUR HOME? ARVEY WAS GREAT, FAST WORK AND NICE GUY. WE COULD DO MOST OURSELVES BUT ITS A LOT OF THINGS AND HE DOES A BETTER JOB AND GETS THINGS WE WOULD NEVER HAVE THOUGHT OF. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
