A1 Expert Appliance

Description of Work: "I have one receipt showing the name as A1 Expert Appliance Repair and another as Expert Appliance Repair. Address listed are the same, Bridgeview, IL. |I have submitted this review on any website I could find regarding this company. |I purchased a stack-able washer/dryer from A1 Expert Appliance Repair, May, 2012. A service call was needed last May, 2015. The cost of repairs was of over $200.00 dollars. The machine still did the same thing, smoking and not spinning. This machine is in a rental unit. The same tenant has been using this machine from the beginning (2012.) We have been calling along with the tenant for another service call since May. Jim blames the tenant for not being available, but we have been available. Most recently, Sept 4th and 5th to remind Jim of the needed repairs. Still no call. Now Sept 8th I called with complete frustration notifying Jim I expect the repairs done today or I will take it from there. It appears he is waiting for the 120 day warranty to expire. I used no 4 letter words in my frustration. Jim yelled and used nothing but the F word."
