Bob was friendly and very prompt in his communications. He helped work out a schedule that worked for me. He had his technician (Lucas) come out the day after Thanksgiving. He came on time and did a quick, clean job of collecting samples to test the mold. Bob followed up with the report and his explanation alongwith giving recommendations.
