TWO MEN AND A TRUCK Kane/DuPage

I'm very disappointed in my services. I had a piece of my belongings missing. Everything in my Condo was taken out except the mop bucket and mop, my cooler bc they don't take liquor, Cali King comforter, bona microfiber mop ,and pillow which I left in the Condo bc I was staying to make sure I cleaned before I turned in my keys. That is the only thing that was left in the Condo plus I let the three gentlemen know that were moving me. Now I will say this those three men did a good job moving me out that I have to say. Now what I have the issue with is my property missing I had a step stool nothing fancy regular white step stool. Out of all my property how is it that the step stool is missing I'm confused. Ima say this I snapped out I know what was missing and it made me even more mad bc my Best Friend West gave that to me and his name is on the step stool but West is know longer with us he passed away . So yes Neil the step stool have meaning to it for me. Yes you've tried to reach out to me I had a Family emergency with my Mother and her priority is first. Neil I'm not stupid I know everything that was moved out of my Condo and I know what's missing. I hope who ever took it use it in good use bc it does have value to me doesn't matter if it's just a step stool IT'S MY STEP STOOL NEIL.

The movers were friendly, professional, and seemed happy to be there. The office staff was also extremely friendly, helpful & professional. I would definitely hire them again (unlike a previous experience with a different mover.) :-)

prompt, professional, fast, courteous. for second move they estimated we'd need 4 men and they were correct. made the move go very smoothly.

We were very pleased with the care and professionalism exhibited by the office staff and the movers (Juan and team). The movers showed such care in prepping the furniture pieces as well as moving the pieces (as to not scratch/scuff anything). We were most impressed with how they moved a large/tall bookcase with glass doors! We thought for sure they would crack the glass as they tried to get it around a bannister to take it up the stairs to the second floor, but they did it successfully without a scratch or crack! The movers had a friendly and courteous attitude which made a difference during a stressful time of moving! We would definately recommend this company to our family and friends.

Kept me informed and even called ahead on day of move to let us know they were on there way and when they would arrive. They were very careful and had a very positive attitude throughout the move. The move could not have gone better.

Three guys arrived at the stated time and immediately began to unload the truck. Everything was put in the proper space and very carefully handled. No damages noted. Very nice guys who worked extremely hard. Had the whole truck unloaded and spread around the house in 4 hours.

The estimate was fair and clear. I chose them for the convenience of location even though they were a bit more pricey. The day of the move I received a call from the manager informing me the move before ours was going over time and they were going to send out a different crew with additional men arriving later in the move. This did provide some stress. However it worked out where we were below original price estimate. The movers were polite and quick. The worked as a solid team. Nothing was broken damaged or lost in the move. Thank you!

They were awesome and we really liked them. I used two guys and they had a lot of energy. They were really positive and did anything I asked them to do. They asked me where things went and they were very careful about how they moved things to make sure they didn't damage anything. They were fast too. They charged $118 an hour, but it was well worth it.

They did a good job and handled all of our belongings carefully. I don't remember the exact price.

These guys were great!They picked up furniture from three different locations (a storage unit, and two separate houses) and delivered everything to our new home. The guys were very nice and careful. They did not break anything. VERY quick and efficient. I couldn't believe how strong they were, one of the guys lifted an outdoor fireplace by himself!Very trustworthy, I would use them again and/or recommend them!!

They did a good job. I would use them again depending on how competitive they were on price.

They showed up on time and were very cheerful and ready to go to work. I would say we had about 3 rooms of furniture and about 40 boxes to move from a house to an apartment about 10 miles away. They did all that in 3 hours. I was amazed. Everything went well and there was no damage. My contact with their young lady phone person was also very positive. She was very upbeat and helpful.

They were friendly, clean and took their time to do the job right.

I would use them again in the future.

They were highly rated on Angie's List and I was satisfied with their pricing. They did a good job and worked with me on a suitable delivery time. I will use them again in the future.

Moves are never fun to begin with, but this one went as well as could be expected. First of all, they fit me in with only a week's notice, and the office personnel that I spoke with on the phone were very helpful and friendly. On moving day, there were actually three men (and a truck) and they were courteous and worked very hard. Jay in particular was very sweet. The biggest negative thing is that the guys sweated all over my furniture as they were moving it. We're talking big drops of sweat, it was disgusting. I admit that it was hot, and as I said, they were working very hard.....but maybe they could have wiped their brows every once in a while, especially after seeing drips all over the wood furniture. Also, some of the wardrobe boxes they provided ($5 each to rent) were way beyond their useful life and should have been discarded long ago. One other thing that may matter to some people (not a huge problem for me) was that they did not wrap any furniture with blankets or padding, they only used shrink wrap. Overall, I may or may not use this company again, but hopefully I won't be moving anytime soon either.

They did a great job. They were very careful not to scratch the furniture or walls. They were curtious and polite. They were on time. They even made a suggestion that we followed.

There was a conflict with what Two Men And A Truck Moving Company charged us for the service. After I paid them, they called me back within twenty minutes saying that they had undercharged us and that they were going to charge us more. Other than that they did a good job. They did what they were supposed to do; I had no problems with that. I would probably not use them again.

TWO MEN and A TRUCK-KANE/DUPAGE did a mediocre job at moving. they were late and took numerous breaks. i would think about using them again.

The two guys that came over to our house were great. They were very professional and very efficient. They were also very careful with the furniture.
