 + -1 moreFirst he told me he would call in the next morning to tell what time he would show up the following day. He didn't call or show. Called a couple of times after that and he never returned my calls.

 + -1 moreHe was on time, and also made some good suggestions for preventative maintenance to avoid major break downs regarding the filters for the ozonator and the cover. He really new everything about the hot tub, (like he read my mind when I was mumbling about a thing-a-ma-jig). The best part was his price, it was $300 (where I had paid already $280 for 3 separate service calls from others who didn't fix the problem).
Description of Work: I had tried to get a leak fixed with several other hot tub repair services, nobody could find the problem. Then I found Dana, who pinpointed the problem right away and got the job done in 1 week. I had been goofing around with the other companies for 3 months with no satisfaction
