+ -1 moreInitially, we loved this company. Tim Caldwell was extremely easy to work with. He provided us with a detailed estimate and plan for the patio. He was prompt and friendly and we really enjoyed working with him. His team was wonderful! Worked very hard, no excessive breaks, did a great job of cleaning up every day. We were very happy with the end result and the patio/walkway was beautiful. (I should mention this was built on a new construction lot about 1 year after the house was built.) Fast forward 10 years. Our patio/walkway/step started sinking and heaving due to settling (we knew this would happen as Tim warned us due to it being new construction). We tried contacting Tim and his company many times via e-mail, office phone and cell phone to schedule the repair work. This has been done multiple times over several years with never a response. NO RESPONSES!!! It's like they fell off of the face of the earth! I can't believe that a company that was such an initial joy to work with would provide such horrible, non-existent follow up. We never expected the repair work to be done for free, we just wanted it done. I have since given up trying to contact them and am seeking the repair work elsewhere. I should mention that we referred The Savannah Group to my sister, and she had a very similar experience. They did a wonderful job on her patio, but when she tried contacting them to have some repair work done, they were very difficult to get a hold of, and didn't follow up in a timely manner.
Description of Work: Installed a large paver patio with step and a paver front walk way.
