+ -1 moreThey never provided us with an itemized quote/bill and made the insurance claim process somewhat confusing. In the end we were able to resolve the questions we had but I doubt I'd use them again. The quality of the work was good.

+ -1 moreHad two appts for quotes and was canceled on both times even though we agreed to try again at the same time the next day. I had to call them to find out the status after Mike was 30 mins late. I was told sorry, we're to busy.

+ -1 moreAll the workers were courteous and responsive to any questions or comments I had at any time. They finished the job quickly and completely. I recommended them to my neighbor. I have no complaints ( other than being sprang out of bed a half an hour early- which in the big picture is fine with me ).
Description of Work: I had storm damage to my roof from straight winds in July. Kevin came and evaluated the damage. He then told me to contact insurance and advise him as to when the adjuster would visit, and he would arrange to meet with the adjuster. I told him when the adjuster scheduled the visit, and he arrived prior to the adjuster's arrival. He met with the claims adjuster, reviewed all information and arranged to have the entire roof replaced. They came back the following week - working with my schedule. My only complaint- if any - was that the workers arrived early and I was just waking up. They did a thorough job of removing old roof and completely replacing shingles with ice and water shield.
