Description of Work: Needed some caulking around windows and doors. Also had them do some minor painting and gutter cleaning to prepare exterior of house for eventual sale.

Description of Work: They repaired drywall in a bedroom and also numerous nail pops in the kitchen. I was very satisfied with the work they performed, and was warned by them that the cracks would probably return since my house was "settling". This was a problem we had already known about before we contracted them. Yes, I would use them again....when I buy another house. Lol!!

Description of Work: Paint (interior and exterior), general plumbing repair, bathroom remodel, roof

Description of Work: I had storm damage, requiring new roof and repainting of two sides of my home along with some other repairs. I had picked two other supplier to work with, getting estimates from three. After comparing prices and researching them, I was ready to pick one to go with when the nicest women stopped by to ask if we picked a company to do the repairs. I responded yes, and after having had dozens of roofers knock on my door I was about to tell her I had it covered. She went on to say her firm was doing work nearby in the neighborhood and had already completed several homes offering to have me drive by and see their work in progress. (There was major damage from a Hail Storm to essentially all the roofs in my area, 100's of homes effected.) References are important to me! Well, due to her, and my drive by's to see two of their "works in progress", I decided to give them a chance. Her firm came by and provided an estimate for all damage and were the most professional and cordial of the other three I had gotten estimates from. In short they got the job, did a fantastic job for us, on time, nice workers, very helpful in all respects, efficient, good clean up; my wife and I were extremely pleased. Since Insurance was paying for painting two sides of our house, we wanted to consider painting the entire home. Kunert was able to convince our insurance to pay for two coats of paint on both the 2 sides of the house, and the deck that also had "Hail" damage. This made it affordable for us to paint the entire house a different color which we were hoping to be able to do. The job was done perfectly and we have since received complements on their work from others. PS When refinishing the deck for us, they pointed out the need to replace some wood pieces, we asked their advice, they recommended replacing quite a bit of it. We were astonished at the low price the quoted us to replace a major part of the work on the deck railings, stairs, and spindals. We went ahead with it and the painters turned out to be expert carpenters as well. Our deck now is repainted and looks brand new. Thank you James R. Kunert! An Excellent Job at a very fair price! I would use them again on any remodeling, painting, or roofing work needed. I'm already considering using them on another home I still have in a different part of town.

Description of Work: Full bathroom remodel. Everything is beautiful and we are very happy with how the old bathroom was transformed, especially the tile work. We ran into some issues with the previous plumbing once the room was demolished but the issues were resolved and the bathroom was completed within a reasonable period of time.

Description of Work: Came out to shovel snow off of my roof and remove ice.
