Still in process but so far very good. We had our cabinets resurfaced by a home improvement store. Bill came into the project responding quickly to work needing to be done to facilitate their process. He listened and worked with us on design, color, etc. Our time-line was extended because of the process we chose but he has been flexible and easy to work with.

Bill and his helper have remodeled two bathrooms for us which included total gutting. Bill gave us a timely estimate. He was easy to reach and responsive as I took time to select everything. This was our first major remodeling and he made it easier. He did some extra plumbing in our basement bathroom/laundry room. Both bathrooms are small so he made suggestions to improve the usefulness and gave us a more spacious feel. They were careful while working and to clean up every day before leaving. Our results are fantastic - we now have two fully functioning bathrooms with mirror/medicine cabinet, sink cabinets giving extra storage, non-leaking shower and we love the toilets. Overall we had a good experience and will be calling Bill to do our kitchen next year.

I liked them for their pricing, service, and they were quite personal. I do not actually remember how much they charged. The bathroom now looks great. I will use them again in the future.

They completed their work in two and a half days, and we were very pleased with it. Their price was reasonable. We didn?t have any odd shaped corners or odd shaped lines like others did. They were responsive and did their work on time. They kept in touch about when they would do their work. They cleaned up after themselves.
