Jim was very professional and friendly. The installation crew was professional, neat, and always on time. While it took a bit longer to get the materials from the warehouse than I expected, the crew were there when they said, and finished the job when they said. The floors look fantastic.

The carpet needed to be ordered from the mill, and we were hoping to have it installed by Saturday 1/24/15. They tracked the order and penciled in the date of 1/22 hoping for arrival. The carpet arrived as planned, and was installed 1/22. The old carpet was removed for a slight fee, and we paid for upgrade padding. Everything was according to the order, and the installation was perfect in hours. Clean up was very neat, and final payment was made. We have used this flooring supplier two times in the past, and would highly recommend them to others

They did not remove the quarter round as indicated by the salesman. They indicated that a 48 hour period is required after the last coat of polyurethane is applied. We were call one day after the last coat of polyurethane was applied and told by the owner that the floors were dry and he wanted to move the furniture back into the house. It turns out that we got the "Bums Rush" to put the furniture back to cover up uneven sanding. The floors in addition to uneven sanding have puddles of polyurethane and look terrible at the quarter round. They should not be used under any circumstances. We wish we did not.

We are happy. Our only irritation was that we had to call them for information several times (price, expected delivery etc) instead of them calling us.

We had a couple of issues regarding the work done on our floors. 1) It was our understanding, based on the suggestion of the flooring salesperson, that the quarter round would be removed during the refinishing process and then new quarter round would be installed after the floors were completed. Once the process was started, we were told they would not be replacing the quarter round and that it would look fine. The quarter round should have been removed the edges do not look good. 2) The furniture was moved out and work began. The two rooms where new wood was installed and the area where new wood was installed to repair the area damaged by the water leak was done well; the individual was very diligent and quality-oriented in performing this part of the job. All seemed to be going as planned until the entire refinishing job was completed. After being sanded, three coats of polyurethane were applied, and the floor initially looked good when we were able to peek at the work. We did not spend a lot of time at the house during this time because we wanted to make sure everything was completely dry. We were initially told that we could not move back into our home until 48 hours after the last coat of polyurethane had been applied, so our move-in was scheduled for Thursday. (The last coat of poly had been applied Monday.) We had made arrangements at the hotel for a Thursday check-out to return to our house. We received a phone call from the owner on Tuesday mid-day saying that they wanted to move the furniture back into the house that afternoon. It turns out we were getting the and quot;bums rushand quot; to try to cover up negligently sanded including uneven sanding, puddles of polyurethane and ugly areas by the quarter round. They should not be used under ant circumstances.

They moved heavy furniture with no additional charge. The installation was wonderful. They removed the old carpet and hauled it off. Can't see the seams. They cleaned up everything when they finished. The carpet looks beautiful!

The project went well from start to finish. One cover plate for the phone jack had to be reordered but that occured quickly. The owner saw to it that the plate was installed and the phone jack rewired. We couldn't be more pleased with our new tile and the way the project went.
