Very easy to work with and the job quality is exceptional. Was able to schedule and find a time that worked well for me. I wanted a chevron backsplash but I ordered the wrong pre-patterned tile squares. They cut it up and did the chevron pattern by hand without thinking twice. It looks fantastic and the attention to detail in the corners and around the lights exceeded my expectations.

Mike arrived with tile installer on day of appointment. Explained how tile was to be installed Did a neat and clean job. Installed new kohler toilet and vanity. Looks great

They're absolutely fantastic! I needed to have shower stall re-tiled after a previous contractor who's left it in unusable condition. They did everything from tearing down the existing tiles, setting up new walls, thoroughly waterproofing, and the tiles are laid perfectly. They also installed new luxury vinyl tiles in my kitchen and bathroom - this job included concrete subfloor prep, putting up special underlayment, grouting between the tiles and putting up new base molding. As an effect, my floors look as wonderful as the ceramic tiles in the shower. They did all this in a week's time - just as they said they would! The pricing was very fair, but I would pay anything for this kind of job. Mike is very knowledgeable, flexible and patient giving explanations and offering suggestions to get the best result in whatever situation the project is. The whole assignment was done by Pawel (Mike's father) who's worked alone since my place is rather small. And as I said, he's done the whole work in only one week. He was always on time, very, very neat and clean, did a marvelous job prepping the bathtub and the floor to protect from damage. His attention to detail is as great as his neatness. I will definitely use them for whatever other types of renovation they do, and I will recommend them to anyone who needs tiling or flooring job done perfectly at the first try. Thank you PM Tile!

This review is long overdue. We hired PM Tile to re tile our entire finished basement (four rooms, about 600 sq. feet) this past October. They did a great job, we are very pleased with how the floor looks. Michael was very accessible and professional, even when we decided last minute to change our tile selection. He was very honest about the timeline for our project and kept us posted as the project moved along. We secured three estimates before we began this project and PM Tile was directly in the middle of the three. We will definitely use PM Tile the next time we have anything we need to tile.

I would highly recommend P.M. Tile. Mike and his crew were professional, customer centric, prompt and fairly priced. We hired them for two separate projects and their attention to detail was magnificent.

Mike and his crew were always on time and cleaned up at the end of each day. They had a tough job to do with a lot of cutting and difficult angles with this tile job involved and it looks wonderful.

I would highly recommend P.M. Tile. Michael,Paul and Conrad were amazing and everything has been done to perfection...so much so that I want them to do my other bathroom! If there was a way to rate them higher, I certainly would as well. I thought the price was very reasonable and they went above and beyond to fix my laundry room ceiling that had been damaged due to water leakage! Kudos to these guys and they are pleasant and timely, always!

The attention to detail was superb! My floors are beautiful. The estimate was accurate. Mike and his team are so customer centric. I will only entrust my next tile project to P.M. Tile. If you want a job done well in a timely fashion, call Mike. You won't be disappointed!

Extremely hard-working and professional. The job was completed on time and on my schedule. The price was very fair. One of their hallmarks is to leave the home in a clean and dust-free manner. If there was a way to rate them higher than five-stars, I would do so happily. We were lucky enough to have big Mike as the tile setter and Paul as the finisher. Along with Mike (the owner) all were as good as you could hope for. I would recommend them in a second.

PM Tile gutted the bathroom down to the studs. There were a lot of different aspects to this complete remodel, and Conrad handled them all with expertise and diligence. The suppliers that Michal recommended were terrific. The bathroom now looks beautiful. We absolutely love it and couldn't be happier. And, best of all, it was done in a timely manner and within my budget.

Had a backsplash installed in my kitchen. Great customer service. Very professional. Quality of work was great. Turn around was very quick from date of call to date of service. Thought it was a bit pricey but in the end the quality was so good I think it's fair. Would absolutely hire again.

The finished job is perfect - the quality of work was outstanding. I will hire PM Tile again for more work in the near future. Very accomodating on timing and very fair on cost. Very professional. Conrad did an excellent stone tile back splash installation. I would recommend P. M. Tile to anyone in need of tile installation.

They are very prompt, professional, and take great care not to damage anything in your home. They clean up so well after the project and all that is left is your beautiful new tile, perfectly installed. The also work quickly, but very carefully, so they do not waste any materials. I highly recommend them.

Conrad was very methodical working out the tile pattern and how to best install my glass tile for a great finish. Anyone who has torn apart and rebuilt a bathroom knows that it can be a challenge to get it all straight. We worked well solving problems as the remodel progressed. The job was done on time, on budget and looks great!

Pm tile responded immediately and came out quickly to install our backsplash. The work was completed with excellent results ! I would not hesitate to use pm tile again.

The attititude of the contractor was very unprofessional. They showed up late on first day of approintment with missing tools needed for the job. They broke the toilet which was to be reinstalled after tile installation and expected me to pay for it. I agreed to pay half of the cost but they were not happy with that. They did not finish the project they started although they got paid in full. We had to arrange for finishing the remaining project on our own. They never provided the receipt for the payment they received. We do not recommend using this contractor.

Professional and performs very neat and clean work.

Replaced a warped wood floor with 4" x 6" planks of porcelain ceramic tiles that looks like wood. Mike and his men were very professional and obviously talented. Don't waste your time with the big companies that use semi skilled sub contractors. PM tile workers are skilled and experienced installers. Go with the best and you will be smiling at the results.

I was thoroughly pleased with every facet of the project. I was uncertain about the type and color of tile for my kitchen and I was so pleased that Mike was able to give me advice on the color and style that would be suit my kitchen and helped me select the right materials based on how I use the space. I am so glad I followed his recommendation because it completely transformed the look of my kitchen to something that is current and stylish. I also appreciated the fact he was professional, courteous and responsive. The workmanship was top quality and they took great care to safeguard surrounding surfaces and appliances.
