We'd been having issues with installing our floor on and off for about a year. Once we called ovi to help us out, he took care of our basement in about six hours. He was very professional and gave us a more than fair price. 10/10 Would hire again!

Ovi was a delight from start to finish. His suggestions and patience to answer questions and run me through his work was very much appreciated. His communication throughout was superb. Great workmanship, professional and reasonable. They had to first grind parts of the concrete and level most of it. Then install the barrier and flooring. The results were awesome and we could not be happier.

I am 71 years old. I have owned two different houses over the past 40 years. I have had innumerable repairs and renovations on them. I have experienced every kind of workman come and go: some well meaning and competent, some otherwise. Very recently Ovi Taut and his crew (Flanco Flooring) installed flooring in my basement. They set a standard few will be able to match: honesty, skill, and politeness only begin to describe their ethic. They come on time, work hard and smart, and completely clean up before they leave. They discuss the overall job beforehand and make suggestions that are intelligent and motivated by what is good for the homeowner and not necessarily what is most profitable for them. They pride themselves in their craftsmanship. This man and the men who work for him restore faith and trust in others. How rare.

Ovi came out for an estimate, which was comparable or lower than others we got. When we scheduled the work, we had unforeseen complications and Ovi gave honest and professional opinion and advice. He did not rush just to do the job and get paid, he cared about doing it right. He then worked around our schedule to get us back to a normal living situation. One of his guys Rigo even came and spent his whole Sunday working at our house. Work was excellent. Nothing but good things to say about this company and highly recommended is an understatement

The owner Ovi Taut was responsive and gave the initial estimate very quickly. When we were ready to go forward with the project, he was able to schedule us within a few days. He and the team arrived early, the team was polite and quiet. They worked very hard and quickly and the project was completed that evening. We were very happy with the finished product.

It went very smooth. No BS. The owner, Ovi Taut, came out to my house with samples. He listened to what I wanted, and the next day brought new samples. He brought exactly what I wanted. His crew was very businesslike and professional. Very respectful. My old house presented some challenges, which they resolved seamlessly.

Ovi and his team are knowledgeable and did a great job. Ovi gave me some great ideas during the estimate that I implemented and which turned out great. He makes recommendations based on what he would do if it was his home and as a new homeowner, I really appreciated that.

The provider explained in very well detail about the service. In addition, the provider was friendly and very accommodating! They took their time to get the job done correctly and was done perfectly.

It was the best experience we have had with any home improvement company. The installer and his team were professional, timely and courteous. Ovi the crew leader (foreman). was so attentive to detail! We have never seen anything like it. Ovi made sure that we were in agreement regarding every detail of the installation. For example, Ovi had us check the colors we had chosen for the flooring and accessories before installing it. Every step of the installation process was approved by us prior to Ovi proceeding. He truly wanted to make sure we would be happy. There were some structural issues with our home. Much to our delight, Ovi informed us of how this would affect the installation of the flooring. He even made recommendations for how to correct the structural issue. He even patched an area where we had water damage ( on a wall). This was way beyond what we would expect from a floor installer. Also, Ovi saw that we had purchased felt to adhere to the legs of our furniture. He took it upon himself to place those on the furniture for us. He and his crew moved all the furniture back in place after the installation. Saying that Ovi paid attention to detail is an understatement. He paid attention to EVERY detail. We would highly recommend Ovi - without hesitation.

All was very courteous and knowledgeable about the job. Explained everything that was going to be done and showed me how it was going throughout the install. Cleaned up after the job and took all of it with him – very pleased with the job he did.
