The entire experience from start to finish was excellent..

They accepted military discount which was good but the sale rep and the contractors would argue with each other bc information was not clear on to what materials were needed and what specific jobs needed to be done.

Fabulous experience! They moved the heavy stuff from one side of the room to the other as necessary. The house was in perfect condition when the left. They made the transition so easy! No surprises

The actual carpet installers were excellent; very efficient and thoughtful.

Sales were great. INSTALLERS WERE NOT THAT GREAT YOU NEEDED TO DO A LOT OF FINISHING WORK AFTERWARDS.

Was very satisfied from beginning to completion of the project. The installers, David and Jake, were very courteous and enjoyable to work with. Any question or concerns we had were answered clearly and patiently.

They were great from the first meeting to the installation. They had many, many choices for flooring. They had financing available. They kept us informed all the way.

The estimator was a very friendly and trustworthy gentleman. The work crew was efficient and diligent, did excellent work. We're pleased with the estimator and crew. The parent company (Empire) however is in another State and clueless. They phoned me one morning to schedule the installation. Problem was that the job had been already scheduled, and the crew had been on the job already for two hours. The caller seemed to not comprehend. I held the phone out so she could hear the pneumatic hammers. They called me again the next day, again to schedule the job, after the work was already finished. They seem to keep no record of calls made, and have difficulty understanding that "the job is already in progress" or "finished". Also they will annoy you for weeks afterward with e-mails and phone calls for surveys and/or more "special" prices on jobs you don't need. I hope they read this review. I will not hire Empire again.

they have not repaired a bubble in my linolium

The original estimator and the installation contractors were very professional. Empire Today had communication lapses with the installation contractors. Overall, the job went extremely well.
