Empire showed up with one guy to move all furniture and to install carpet in 3 rooms. I had to come home from work to help move the furntiure

They were quick and easy! Beautiful floors.

Carpet was as expected but underlayment was not . Poor clean up!

Marie was friendly, gracious, knowledgeable, responsive. She listened. The floor looks great - she had a good idea what color would work and Jose did an excellent job.

Initially prompt and responsive, however, when I had to make a change communication with Salesman was challenging at best. In the end it worked out and the install team was terrific.

Complete Bait and Switch. Lied to by the sales rep. Either that or he was really incompetent. Take your pick. They demanded 100% up front before the install would even begin. This is after we put 25% down. Trying to hold us hostage before the work even began. Customer service did not care. Will never use nor recommend.

Thus company hires unprofessional contractors, that donâ t clean up after themselves or correct their mistakes, and they are too expensive for the type of un professional service, The contractors will argue with you because theyâ re unprofessional once Empire Today win you as a customer it is down hill, I donâ t recommend this company

Arrived on time, took up the old carpet and replaced with new. Cleaned up and took old carpet away, very pleased!

I can really only speak to their logistics management, egregious cancellation fees and customer service. We are now up to 5 scheduled installation dates since hiring them when they either didn't show up without notification or brought the wrong product. When I complained about the inconvenience and day care costs I had incurred for the scheduled installation dates,I was met with smug indifference. Despite their complete failure to perform the task on the dates requested and agreed to several times, they are not willing to waive the cancellation fee. Failure to perform as contractually stipulated is a breach and a core element of consideration. I am now in the midst of hiring someone else despite the fact that it will cost me $3000 in cancellation fees just to get rid of them. I didn't read their reviews the first time. Really wish I had. Stay away.

The crew was courteous and professional. They brought a 4 man crew that worked steady and hard all day and into the evening to complete the flooring. Absolutely an incredible job installing vinyl plank on all the floors in my 2 story house! They have great communication with the customer every step of the way.
