Empire ordered the wrong floors.

They missed two install dates. First miss the carpet did not come in on time. Did not call on the second to inform they were not coming. Came on Saturday and installed carpet.

Was going to hire them, scheduled them to come out on sunday to show up on saturday between 10am-12pm, that is the times they confirmed and i also confirmed. So saturday got here and 12:30pm come around, no one showed up, so i call and told the person my name and everything, so i got put on hold for a few minutes, the person came back on and said sir im sorry we are all booked up for today, would you like to reschedule? I said i was confirmed for today a week ago? And no i would not like to reschedule, i will not be doing any business with yaw at all.....click! Thats all i needed to know about them!

I needed the work done quickly and it was only over my budget by $200.

When we ordered the material on Nov. 18, we told the salesman, Brian, we wanted the left over flooring in case we ever had a problem and he said no problem. The installers came late in the day on Nov. 28 and it was totally dark out when they left. I asked my husband about the extra flooring the next morning and it was then we discovered that no material was left. I immediately texted the salesman Brian on 11/28 and again on 11/29 but have yet to receive any response from him. In the meantime I left two phone messages with Empire and finally got a call back on December 17. The contact person Wendy said she would check into this. Today December 19 Wendy called called, apologized but said there was nothing they could do. I will never purchase from them again.

The workers were efficient worked in a timely manner and respectful. They cleaned up after themselves and went above and beyond what was expected of them during installation and cleanup. What a great pair of installers.

The installer was very efficient and patient! My calls to Heather were graciously received and she was most helpful.
