Very shitty company. Installers did not take the old carpet after that was part of the deal nor did they ever return my phone call about the issue. Would not recommend doing business with them. Other then that, pretty satisfied.

The installer was the best and I would have him do my floors again if I ever redo them.

I was looking for laminate flooring. We ended up buying luxury vinyl flooring. It was suppose to have a limited life time coverage. In less than a week the flooring was scratched from my husband sitting at his desk. They would not replace the flooring. They did not have the correct trim. They were supposed to leave the overage which they did not. Very unhappy with them.

Top notch. Finished the job in one day.

Problem with getting company to understand what type of quarter-round I wanted.....

If changing anything in your order, make sure your sales rep has updated the order before delivery. My sales rep was slow to respond (days rather than hours). When my carpet arrived, it was the color from the original order, not the change that was made 2 weeks prior. I had talked to company representatives several times trying to confirm the color change and it still arrived the wrong color. They were good about working with me and getting the install for the next day. Also, the trim and floor repair work that my sales rep said was noted and quoted in or order was not on the installers order, so I had to work with the Empire rep to get that resolved quickly. Overall, I was pleased with the product and customer service.

The crew that this company sent showed up on time, they were clean, courteous and attentive to my questions. They were friendly and were happy to make sure all my needs are taken care of. I would highly recommend to my friends who are in the market for carpeting to use this company.

Did an awesome job!

At first their price was pretty steep, but my girlfriend talked them down to a great price. The quality was phenomenal. The only issue was it didn’t get installed when it was supposed to because it was too close the hurricane. Over all though service was great and so was the customer service. I’d use them again.

Nightmare from Hades! Hugely overpriced and they demand payment up front before they begin work. I did allow them to do the carpet however I cancelled the flooring for the rest of the house once a problem arose. They ran into an issue which would cost more. I understood and was okay with that but not trying to charge me twice to remove the linoleum. Removal was included in the original estimate however they wanted to charge me again for it and I refused. Then they wanted to only remove the linoleum and return in a few days but I had to pay everything up front before they would tear it out. Who does that? Demand payment in full upfront, rip up your floor and then come back in a few days? Nope, not me. I refused to be a victim. I was however happy with the carpet installation.

I urge everyone to do their homework before hiring this company. The salesman made representations that were not true, the contractors that laid the LVP made a big mess & used the same dirty rag all over the floors. The first carpet layer drug our furniture across the new LVP and tracked footprints everywhere. Then we had to fight for what little credit we got returned to us - $100 for our aggravation and $60 for the cleaning supplies. In the end we paid $10,000 for a terrible experience.

They need to hire people that can speak and understand English better. They were good hard working people I just had a hard time communicating with them. Fortunately the second time was a different person/people. I was better able to talk with them.
